renee had come into town one her day off work. she was excited to see sasha because they hadn't been able to see each other since randy and seth's last game together which was two months ago.

she knocked on the white wood door before sasha opened it. a bright smile took over her face as she grabbed her in for a hug. "oh my god, i missed you!" sasha mumbled into renee's shoulder.

"i missed you more!"

"did you bring her?" sasha asked anxiously.

"of course," renee chuckled. "emerson! hurry!" she shouted as her 3 year old daughter ran out from behind the tire swing in front the house. she had green eyes just like her mom, but brown hair just like her dad.

"aren't you still the cutest niece ever!" sasha smiled as she looked down at emerson. she was her god mother while seth was the god father. she let them into the house before emerson ran upstairs to go play with toys she left there a while back.

"you're huge!" renee joked as sasha rolled her eyes.

"don't remind me. my back is killing me."

"been there! you're almost due, just wait it out. believe me, it is worth it." she says with a smile. her and randy had been trying for another baby, but things weren't going out as planned. she realized that emerson might be the only baby she could ever have, but she was fine with that. emerson was the best daughter she could ever ask for.

"yeah, it just kills when i'm hungry and can't get up fast enough to get food." she chuckles as she walks towards the kitchen. she reached up to get the peanut butter when she heard water hit the floor. "uh oh."

"what? what did you spill?" renee asks while rushing to the kitchen. she sees sasha holding her belly. "oh-"

"ow!" she shouts in pain. "renee it hurts! it hurts!" she yells in pain. she always tried to imagine pregnancy pains, but they were way worse than she could have ever imagined.

"i am going to call seth." she says calmly as she grabs her phone and calls seth. "pick up! pick up! pick up!"

"ugh!" sasha groans as she grips the counter. "i hate this."

"seth! thank god! sasha's water broke!" renee says. "yes, i am sure!"

"is it over?" sasha says before taking a deep breath. she stand up straight before walking to the couch.

"yeah, i'll text you when the ambulance comes." renee says before hanging up the phone. seth was in the middle of traffic with the team and wasn't sure how long it would take to get home. renee called 911 and told them to send an ambulance. "sasha, you need to sit up, with your bum in the air."

"why?"

"just do it!" renee says. emerson runs down the stairs when she hears all the commotion.

"i am hungry, mommy."

"okay, baby, just give mommy one second." renee says as she places a pillow under sasha's heaving chest.

"is auntie dying?" she asked with a frown.

"no," renee pauses. "she's having her baby, remember i told you about that?"

"oh." she replied with a smile. "can i see it?"

"she's not here yet, baby."

"why not?" she said with a pout. her green eyes pierced into her mom's before she walked over to sasha and sat in front of her. "here, hold my hand."

sasha smiled for a second and took her hand. she took deep breaths until the paramedics arrived. "ma'am, how much pain are you feeling on a scale of one to ten."

"a seven?"

"okay, i need to have a look, okay?" the woman asked. sasha nodded. the woman pulled up sasha's dress and returned with wide eyes. "looks like you're having the baby right here, right now."

"what!" sasha asked as she began to cry. "no! she can wait, just take me to the hospital, where there's medicine!" she frowned as renee texted seth.

"where is seth?" she mumbled as tears and sweat raced down her face. she took deep breaths as emerson patted her hair down.

"miss, i am going to need you to get into position." the emt asked with a slight frown. sasha nodded and laid down on her back. the emt pushed her dress up and raised her legs higher. "okay, on the count of three, push." she instructs once she realized sasha was already crowning. "one, two, push!" she yelled as sasha pushed as hard as she could. "okay, rest."

sasha took a deep breath. "i can't do this, i feel light headed." she explained which feared the emt.

"okay, breath in and hold it in." she instructed. "now breath out." she added. sasha opened her eyes before she passed out. "roger, we need to get this woman to the hospital asap." she says into her speaker. a tall man rushed into the house and picked sasha up before leading her to the ambulance.

"i'll meet you there." renee sighs. this was familiar territory and she hated it. she dialed seth's number to let him know what's happening. "hey, she's headed to the hospital."

"the baby's here?"

"uh, not yet, sasha passed out. i think they're going to do an emergency c-section."

"oh god. i'll head to the hospital then."

"yeah, emerson and i are on our way too."

"okay, see you." seth said as he hung up the phone. roman turned to him with a sad smile.

"everything is going to be fine, okay?"

"yeah. i know." he sighed as they arrived at the hospital. he approached the desk. "my wife, sasha banks-rollins, is in labor, do you know where i can find her?"

"yes, one second." the man replied. "she is on the third floor in room 307."

"thanks." he said before he took off in the direction of the stairs. he ran upstairs and looked for the room. he finally found it and quickly opened it.

there she was, sasha his beautiful wife, holding their daughter. "finally you're here." she laughed. seth washed his hands before sitting on the bed next to her.

"she's perfect." he mumbled with a tear in his eye as he looked down at his baby. "i'm sorry i couldn't make it in time."

"baby, you're here now and that's all that matters." she said as she pecked his lips. she opened her eyes and looked at her parents.

"she looks just like you." he smiled as she latched onto his finger with her hand. there was a knock on the door before roman's and renee's head popped in between it.

"she's here?" emerson asked.

"yes, baby, she's here." renee laughed. emerson ran to sasha's side of the bed along with roman. he picked her up so she could see the baby.

"she's small, uncle roman." she said to him. he nodded with a smile. "what's her name?"

"guys, meet mya rose rollins."
