((y/n pov)

It's Monday, it's currently 5am. Why am I up this early? Well I have practice. I stand up out of bed and walk to my closet, taking my school uniform and put it in my backpack. I take leggings, a shirt and my jacket, go to the bathroom and do what you should do in a bathroom. It's nothing new and it's boring so back to were we were.

I walk out of the bathroom and go downstairs and take some toast and milk (hey hello it's me I'm also a milk fan. Some think it's cute and some think it's weird. Idk why). My dad walks in with a coffee in his hands, bags under his eyes, his hair is everywhere. He just looks like a zombie, not that I look much better then him in the morning. So you see it's in the family. Or yeah this side at least. My dad told me that my mom was a morning person, I still don't get why people like the morning it's hell. I just want to sleep till I wake up by myself. I don't much about my mom not even my dad, but it kind of is logic actually, but that is a story for another time otherwise I'll be scolded by my friends.

"zombie morning, dad" I greeted him. This is just something we do because you know, we're not morning persons. "zombie morning, (y/n)" he greeted me back. "You should go before you'll get scold by your friends" why my dad said that is because of how loud my friends are and guess what that doesn't help if you're not a morning person. "your right, bye dad see you after practice" I quickly said and took my bags( backpack and sports bag). I rushed to the front of the store to see my friends already waiting. I looked at my phone and let out a sign of relief. Just in time.

"On time I see" Katsu said "yes, I am" "okay now everyone is here let's go" Sunako yelled and the rest of us hoped that no one heard or said something about it.

We are lucky today. As we walked to the gym we talked about things you know. We arrived and saw that we were here first. We waited cause we can't get in the gym or the clubroom. After 6 minutes we saw Yui walking to us and gave us a sign to go to the clubroom. As she waited for us to follow we stood now next to her or yeah I stand next to her the rest is a little behind or already running up the stairs. "morning" I said before following my fellow hyped up peers. She said a "morning" back to every one of us.

After we changed the other girls went to change, while we are setting everything up. We started training with warm-ups and stretches. After that we are training our defense. Everyone is getting better and there is more fait in getting to nationals or at least win a couple of games.

Time skip to after school (cause school is boring)

We're all in the gym doing our warm-ups and stretches. Then our club advisor came in with the biggest smile on her face. That is the smile that a teacher gives you when you get a test, and they don't need to give class. But back to present. "we are having our golden week, in 2 weeks" she said happily. "really?! That's great, we get more practice" one of the girls that first was really skeptical about this said. Wow people do change. "and there is more. We have a practice match with Nekoma's girls team at the end of the week." "so cool!!!" the whole team yelled or screamed. "but there is one thing, normally we have our golden week another week then the boys team, but this year you're going to share the sleep place and you'll have some practices together with them." She finished. Wait a minute that means my dad is going to train us just like the past years, I can't wait. "thank you, Maida- sensei." We said in unison. "well you don't have to thank me. You have to thank Takeda-sensei. He gave us the opportunity to have a practice match. But the only thing is that you have to share the place with the boys" she said honestly. What a sweet teacher and club advisor we have. After that we get back to training. We are training our offence and defense with a little 5 on 5. I'm in a team with Yui, Aihara, Azumi and Makaira. The rest is in the other team (I'm to lazyyyyy). I started with a serve. The ball flew over the net tight at the middle of the field. And then bam. The ball landed and ricochets to the back of the court. no communication so they just went for it and stopped for the other, it's an easy way to break your opponent if you keep doing the same thing and they make the same mistake over and over again.

I'm not trying to break my teammates, it's just to learn them that communication is everything and that you should move on and learn from your mistakes and find a solution to pick up the ball and bring it to the setter. So that's what I'm planning to do, serving between the players. I know evil isn't it, but I know it works.

I've served over and over again for 7 times now and they are getting annoyed. They asked an time out. And I decided to help them a little. "girls, don't let it work on your system, try to find a solution for it and don't forget to communicate, okay?" I said before taking my dink and drank it all in a few gulps.

The time-out is over and I served it again between two persons. The got it this time. One person yelled for the ball and went for it the rest makes them ready for the attack or for the ball to go to the wrong direction. The ball went up went to the setter and then bwam the wall was spiked, one of the blockers gave us a one tough I picked it up with an almost clean receive to the setter and to the spiker. It went on and on from there. At the end we still won but the other team came back fast after they knew what they had to do. We ended the game with 25-19.

After the game I walked up to Yui. "captain, I have a drill for one of our next practices" I told her. "really? What is it?" "before the ball goes up on the other side for a serve or a spike. The middle player on the backrow has to say right or left. That is the side were they are going to receive. That is good for communication and it is helpful for the ball that fall between two persons. So the mistake that happened in the game earlier isn't going to happen that fast." I explained. "you really toughed about that. Sure I'll use it for our next practice. Thx" "no problem everything for the team."

After we cleaned up and changed I made my way to the boys gym to wait for my dad, so we can go home together.

I opened the door trying not to disturb their practice. I changed my shoes and went inside. They are having a game. I went to the nearest wall and set down. I looked amazed at the game. So many talent and so many different personalities, it's amazing how good it works together. It's a little bit like me and my friends or my teammates. My dad gave me a small wave and I gave one back.

After 30 minutes they finished their practice and cleaned up. When they were done some were surprised that I was there. "how long have you been sitting there?" Hinata asked still a little shocked. "the past 30 minutes. Maybe a little longer." "Wow you came here to watch us, you're an angel" Tanaka said with stars in his eyes. "no I just came here to wait for my dad, otherwise I had to wait outside. But all of you guys are great but you also need a lot of improvement if you want to go to nationals." Tanaka's face went less happy after I told the real reason I'm here. "beside I needed to know how you play and were you could work on so I could see if my team needs to work on the same, I can help my dad with the drills for golden week." I said with a big grin on my face. "why do you say it like our teams are going to practice together?" Ennoshita asked with a questioning face. "we are" I said "Really?!" the whole team yelled except for salty4eyes of course. "yep, we are also sharing the same building to sleep and eat. We're having some practices together and some alone with our own team." Is explained it with a happy tone.

I still can't believe we are playing Nekoma. And that we are having a golden week, that also means no school for that week, yes! This year is going to be awesome, not only with my team or friends but also with my dads team(karasuno boys team) and other teams I can feel it. I really can't believe what happened those past few weeks.
