"I n-need to get g-going, my p-parents don't like me to be late" Bill said picking up his bike

"Uh, yeah sure. Go on"

"Where do you l-live?"

"We're moving into  sixth street drive. Some house in there"

Bill then got on his bike

"Great. I'll s-see you around Y/n"

Y/n stood there watching the boy ride his bike away. She smiled, but was soon interrupted by a loud cheering coming from her mom who was in the car

"Day one and you're already making friends! he was a real cute one you know"

"Stay out of this mom" Y/n says

Time Skip:

Y/n and her mother pulled over to their new house.

"This is where we'll be staying? not bad I guess" Y/n says staring in amazement of the red bricked house with a dark navy blue roof.

"Not bad? Sweetie, this is a fairy tale" Y/n's mom says.

The house was indeed like something out of a fairy tale- Red bricked, dark navy blue roof, heaps of windows at the front, a little water angel statue, and roses from the reddest colour, to the whitest, and Y/n's favourite- A little white garden bench next to a bird bath.

Y/n was surprised she didn't see white doves on the roof considering how amazing the place.

As Y/n walked down the house with the wooden floorboards, she noticed how perfect the house was, and she already met a boy...a cute boy.... a REALLY cute boy

'No, don't say that! It's not perfect! I am not staying here!' Y/n said getting lost in her thoughts.

Y/n's mother grabbed out the boombox and played Ain't no mountain high enough by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell

"Mom! really?" Y/n asked getting snapped out of her thoughts

"Your bed is already in your room- We just need to decorate it!" Y/n mom said full of enthusiasm.

"No mom, I just need to decorate it. You take a break from everything"

Y/n rushed up the stairs to her room. It was perfect. A light beige coloured wall- light pink curtains.

Y/n got excited at the thought of what her bedroom would look like once she was done with it.

Now, she hung fairy lights around her room, and added her postcards from her brother and Polaroid pictures of each one of her friend groups from the diffrent towns- It was A LOT.

Then she put up letters from each one of her friends.

And a for a  finishing touch- A jar of Iris flowers, and a fish tank which contained Clownfish.

"This is it. Probably the best room I've ever had" Y/n said out loud.

"Y/n! Someone's at the door for you!"

Y/n almost thought of who it could be- 'Bill' it had to be him.

As Y/n rushed down the stairs full of excitement, she lost it all when she saw a boy her age with short wavy black hair, and rimmed glasses.

"Sup neighbor, got a friend who told me about you. Never mentioned you were hot. Got a boyfriend?"

"Shut up Richie, your scaring her" A boy with a fanny pack said

"Oh, I'm scaring her? how about your stupid fanny pack Eddie?"

"S-shut up both o-of you" said a familiar voice

Y/n smiled, It was Bill.

"I w-was wondering if y-you'd like to come with us to the arcade. W-would you?"

"Say yes neighbor. We only got one day of school left"

"I'll ask my mom" Y/n said rushing back inside to her mother

"Mom, can I go the arcade with them?"

"As long as you'll be back by nine, and make sure you ask to use the arcades phone to tell me your alright"

"Thank you mom!"

Y/n rushed back to the door

"I'm in"
