LOVE &PAIN & HEARTBREAK

Chapter 13

Maria woke up that Monday noticing Josh laying next to her on the couch. All she could do was smile, she woke Josh up telling him to go get dressed at home and suddenly he pulls clothes out of his bag laughing.

"Only you Josh,, Only you." Maria said laughing

"I know."He said reaching for her waist hugging her from the back.

"I'm going to get in the shower okay." Maria told him

"Can i join you I feel dirty."Josh said laughing

"Oh so you hugged me and now you feel dirty i see." Maria said laughing

He just smiled and came up behind her again turned her around and kissed her gently. She loved it, she couldnt help but smile. then he whispered in her ear

"I Love you beautiful."

Maria loved this boy soo much, she didnt think that loved existed after her mom and dad got a divorce and her mom commited suicide, so shes been living on her own.

"Come move into my apartment with me." Josh said smiling

Maria just looked at him in suprise wondering if he was serious

" I dont know, I dont wanna get in the way of you friends and girls coming over you know." Maria said with a sad grin on her face walking away to go upstairs.

"Maria your the only girl for me. And those are just my friends i love you more than them."Josh said

"Umm let me go get in the shower." Maria said starting to cry but not of happiness

"Maria wait." Josh said trying to grab her wrist.

"Umm you can have the shower in 30 mins okay." Maria said jogging up the stairs

When she got to the bathroom she just sat by the door and cried, then she heard footsteps coming so she stripped really fast and got in the shower. Thirty minutes later she was out and it was his turn. When she came out in her towel, he was already undressed with the towel wrapped around his waist.

"Theres the shower for you."Maria said

When Josh got out he came into her room. She didnt really want him to because she was embarrassed that her walls were full of pictures of them.

"Omg so cute babe." Josh said sarcastically rolling his eyes

Maria ran out the room and into the kitchen, she was starting to cry again but she just held it in. Josh came running down the stairs. He came behind Maria and held her by her waist.

"Maria i was just kidding, you seem tense and dont cry babe please im sorry."Josh said

Maria just kept washing dishes, He got sad that she wouldnt talk to him not even look at him.

"I'm just gonna go Maria, it seems like I'm not wanted so."Josh said

"What are you talking about?" Maria asked

"Ever since we woke up this morning you've been acting like you dont wanna talk to me anymore." Josh said walking closer to Maria

"I'm sorry Josh i dont know why I'm acting like this, I guess I'm still.... Scared." Maria said looking into Josh's sparkling light brown  eyes and then looking to the floor.

"Why are you scared Maria." Josh said pulling her chin up about to kiss her but Maria pulled back.

"I'm sorry Josh but how do  I know your not playing me again. How do i know you didnt make a bet with your friends that you could get back together with me for a night huh?" Maria said

Josh looked away with a sad look on his face. His eyes were starting to swell up and his nose is starting to run.

"Look Maria i did make a bet with the guy. They have been listening  the whole time, and theres no school today."Josh told Maria sadly

"Are you kidding me Josh i took your trust into consideration and this is what you do with it Josh. I cant believe you. Just show your self the way to the front door into your friends car and home" Maria said walking away running upstairs crying.

"Maria NO I'm sorry i really am."Josh was about to continue but she stopped him

"JUST GO!!" Maria yelled

Josh got all his stuff but left the flowers and went to his home. Maria sat in the house all day and cried. She thought this time it would be real love and that he wont cheat on her again but this time he bet on her. She was hurt and now she new that this was the end of love . She told hersellf "I will never give anyone else my love or trust.
