That week they were out of school for Thanksgiving break because Thanksgiving is on Friday. Of course Blake slept over but left on Thursday. Maria didnt have any family to spend Thanksgiving with so she's just gonna stay in the house and watch Thanksgiving movies. Then Blake called

"Hey." said Blake

"Hey whats up?"Maria question

"Ummm so i was wondering if you wanted to spend Thanksginving with me and my family?"Blake asked with a shakey voice

'Umm I dont know I dont wanna get in the way of your family time okay. I gotta go okay. Love you bye." Maria said hanging up

Maria felt bad saying no, but she felt like if she said yes anything could have happened his mom and dad wouldnt like her and started being mean to her or his family will like her and will want her to come over more often but then Blake wont like her anymore and cheat or break up with her.

Ten minutes later while she was in the shower she heard the doorbell ring she got out put some lotion on and clothes and went to the door. She was shocked because it was

"JOSH what do you want"Maria said upset

"I just wanna talk to you about the bet. It was all Blake's idea, he is the one who thought is was funny he's the one who said he can get you too."Josh said

"Well here come's blake now"Maira said

"Hey Josh, Hey Maria." Blake said

"Blake can i ask you something and be truthful."Maria asked

"Yea ahead."Blake said with no fear on his face.

"Did you come up with the bet? Did you think it would be funny to do such a thing to me? Did you say you could get me that easy?"Maria asked with and worried look on her face

"No, No, and No.I swear i would never do such a thing to anyone."Blake said actually telling the truth about everything

"I believe him now leave Josh."Maria said pointing to his car.

Blake closed the door turned Maria around and kissed her. They both just smiled. He turly loved her, every promise he made he kept it. But she was wondering what he was doing here in a tux.

"What are you doing here?"Maria asked looking at him with a smile on her face.

"Go get in the shower put on makeup and a beautiful dress to match that beautiful face of yours and go put on some high heels. Your coming to spend Thanksgiving with me i dont care what you say. My girlfriend/Best friend is not staying in the house on Thanksgiving now go." Blake said

Thirty minutes later Maria was coming down the stair and a blue ruffle dress with blue high heels on and blue makeup. Blake wasnt shocked at how amazing she looked because to him she looked beautiful either way it goes.

"Well dont you look beautiful Ms.Santiago."Blake said walking towards her smiling hardly.

"Well thank you sir." Maria said Smiling

"Well lets go."Blake said taking her hand.

On the way Maria was nervous, she couldnt stiop moving she keeps thinking "What if they dont like me". This was the scarriest day of her life. Then they finally pulled up to his parents house. He grabs her hand.

"Maria dont be scared they will like you as much as i talk about you they practically know you."Blake said laughing

"Okay here goes nothing."Maria said cheeks turning red

They went to door and knocked, His mom was very pretty and when she went to Maria she gave her a big hug and said
