. . .
Mizuki ran as fast as possible trying to keep up with the others. Even with her really short legs, she was very fast and agile, thanks to her Sensei.
She decided to climb one of the buildings in order to get a better view of her surroundings, and of course, to observe people, so that she could use this as an advantage for her quirk... Well, to use her quirk if she really needed to. Suddenly, she notices the green-haired boy from earlier, running terrified, while a huge robot chases him. Mizuki takes a deep breath and starts running in the opposite direction and quickly descends the building, stopping and closing her eyes.
'Okay, you can do it, you just need speed.' she tells herself and starts running, placing her arm in front of her body, making a kind of metal shield appear. Then she jumps and runs on the walls of one of the buildings and flies towards the robot. 'Now!' she smiles when hitting her shield behind the robot's head and making it fly, hitting 3 other robots that were in the way.
"Yeah! That was awesome!" she falls in her feet and punches the air, laughing lightly for using her shield for the first time. Then she looks back and sees the boy on the floor, way too shocked to react. "shoot, I'm sorry, are you alright?" she asks worriedly, walking slowly towards him.
The boy nods quickly, standing up and trying to process what just happened. He opens his mouth to say something, but no words come out. Mizuki smiles with relief and puts her hand behind her neck.
"Well! I better run. Take care!" she says and runs up the building again.
'S-So cool!' the boy smiles when he sees the girl disappear, and of course, he smiles with relief that he is still alive.
Meanwhile, in the room where the teachers were analyzing each of the contestants, they were paying close attention to the red-haired girl who knocked down those four robots with one stroke, and saved yet another contestant. In that competition, the contestants generally acted each for themselves, without worrying about the others or if they were hurt, but that girl was not thinking this way, which was unusual. However, that was what they could look for in a U.A. student.
"That quirk of hers is incredible!" Midnight smiles in surprise.
"Indeed. But that was just her shield." Nezu looks at the girl on the screen. "Her quirk is even more interesting." he says looking at her file, with a somewhat curious look. He had seen all kinds of quirks before, but that one looked really intriguing, and he would like to learn a little more about it.
And Aizawa was at the back of the room, watching the girl destroy more robots without using her quirk.
He had no idea that she had a shield, she didn't say anything about it to him. And he was kind of mad at the girl for hiding things from him in his own house. But where the hell did she get that thing? And how much did she pay for that?
Well...
Nobody has the slightest idea.
But the important thing at the moment was that Mizuki was doing really well... at least for now.
Mizuki runs through the streets again, keeping her eyes open for any movement around her. So, in front of her, she watches curiously as a somewhat familiar boy used his turbocharged legs to finish off that poor robot. She smiles slightly when she sees him breathing heavily with a small smile on his face, but then another robot approaches silently behind him.
"Look out!" Mizuki yells at the boy and then she spins her body, giving a greater boost to her shield that went flying and hitting the robot's chest. Then the robot falls to the floor while Iida watched the girl run up to the robot and rip her shield from its chest. "Well, that was close." she smiles again, turning to the boy.
