The Moon and the Tides

Prologue

Important Information:
Perseus- Son of Poseidon and Hestia. God of the Tides, Water, Loyalty, Male Beauty, and Heroes. Born in the same time as Artemis and Apollo.

Hestia is still a maiden. Percy was born from the hearth and she needed Poseidon too create Percy. Poseidon had Amphitrite's permission and she agreed. Amphitrite thinks of Percy as a son and Triton thinks of him as a brother.

It will eventually be Pertemis. Love takes time! I can't just suddenly wave my magical wand and "Poof" their head over heels in love with each other. No, love doesn't work like that. So, you got to wait for it. But when it comes I guarantee it will be worth the wait. Their will be so much Pertemis that you will die of overload. Hopefully not the dying part but you get the point.

Third Person
Leto's Island

"Prepare to lose, Artemis!" Apollo yelled, running to their mother. Artemis was close behind , quickly catching up. Now they were toe to toe with each other. They were 5 feet away both evenly matched. 2 feet. And both grabbed their mothers hand, Apollo in the right and Artemis in the left.

"And I win!" Apollo shouted, grinning while dancing around Artemis. Artemis glared at Apollo.

"As If. I obviously won, right mother?" Artemis looked at their mother, who had an amused expression on her face. Before their mother, Leto, could answer Apollo interrupted.

"It's okay to admit defeat, little sis," he said smirking before continuing, " I understand that you don't like being beaten by your OLDER brother." He was grinning when he said the last part. Artemis was fuming. Before Artemis could yell at him about her being older, Leto interrupted with a smile on her face.

"It was a tie sweetie," she said to a dancing Apollo. Both Apollo and Artemis groaned because of another tie.

"Now are you both ready to leave to Olympus? Leto asked the 12 year-old twins. They both nodded vigorously, anxious to finally go to Olympus and meet their father. They grabbed Leto's hands and they all flashed to Olympus.

AN: I was going to stop here but I'm too nice.

Third Person
Hestia's Temple in Olympus

"Why do I have to come?" Percy whined. Hestia looked at him sternly.

"Zeus wants us there because his other kids will finally come to Olympus. Now hurry up we don't want to be late." Hestia said. Percy groaned and started muttering about Zeus having too much kids.

"Stupid Uncle. No wonder Hera is such a bi-"

"Language Perseus!" Hestia scolded, " "You've been hanging around Triton too much haven't you?!" Hestia sighed. "Alright, let's go."

They headed to the Throne Room.

AN- Maybe a little bit more.

Third Person
Throne Room in Olympus

All the gods entered the Throne Room. All chattering excitedly. Percy was with Hermes, Hephaestus, Ares, Aphrodite, and Athena. All of them were talking about there new half-siblings. Besides Percy and Aphrodite. They weren't related to the twins, so Aphrodite started flirting with Percy, who was oblivious to it.

"Silence!" Zeus ordered, the ground shook slightly and his Master Bolt crackled with power. Everyone was silent and looked at him.

'Drama Queen,' Poseidon mumbled beside him. Demeter, Hestia, Hera, and Hades, who was surprisingly invited, stifled a laugh. Zeus glared before continuing.

" I present you my new son and daughter, Apollo and Artemis!" He said proudly. The Throne Room doors opened, revealing two children around the same age as Athena, Percy, and the others. Behind them was a beautiful woman, who could only be Leto. Everyone cheered. Then the fates appeared and they started talking in sync declaring their domains.

Time Skip...
AN- Too lazy.

After the twins got their domains, everyone started celebrating. Artemis, Apollo, Hermes, Percy, Athena, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, and Ares were in a small group.

"Welcome to Olympus," Athena said, smiling at her half-sister, Artemis.

"Feeling the love here," Apollo mumbled. The boys grinned. Athena looked at him with her eyebrow raised. Before she could speak, Hermes interrupted.

"You'll get use to her... eventually," He said while Percy was cracking up a bit. Athena glared at them, before muttering words about them being complete idiots. They all introduced themselves before they were conversing with each-other separately. Ares and Hephaestus were arguing, Aphrodite was just watching them amused, Apollo and Hermes were talking about pranks, and Percy, Artemis, and Athena were just talking casually. Percy couldn't stop glancing at Artemis and vice-versa. Athena would occasionally notice and smile, amused. Eventually the celebration ended and they went to their temples or in Apollo and Artemis' case.

AN- Okay that was a sucky start but I'll improve ... Hopefully. Feel free to comment some constructive criticism. It's my first time making a story here. And excuse the inaccurate Greek History thing. I don't know how the Twins got to Olympus.
