Chapter 15 "Old Friends & New Connections"

{A/N}: in this chapter, I'll be introducing an OC named Michael, belongs to ____angeldust____. they will be apart of the story from here on out.

[Y/N]'s POV

Charlie and Alastor's wedding was growing ever so closer. It was about a month way now, and they were still going crazy over planning it. While me, Vaggie, Cherri, and Niffty have been progressing pretty well with our relationship. At the moment, it has been about 2 weeks since we all got together, and it has been amazing. It even got to the point where they made a schedule of who gets to sleep with me at night. Vaggie and Cherri nights were usually spent watching a movie and having some *cough* *cough* together time. While Niffty was more of a person who just wanted to be cuddled, but every once in a while she would want to take it further.

With that being said, all four of us had come up with a plan to get the soon to we'd to relaxed...even though our conversation was very short.

Flashback

[Y/N]: "Hmmm...any ideas?"

Vaggie: "We girls can get Charlie to calm down, so We'll just leave Alastor to you."

Cherri: "yeah, you just got to deal with your brother."

Niffty: "How hard can it be?"

Flashback End

Which leads me to where I'm at right now....on a walk....with my brother....who is still rambling about the wedding.

Alastor: "I'm telling you, I need to be back with Charlie. We still have so mu-"

[Y/N]: "And you will be back with Charlie...once we are done hanging out."

In all honesty, it was a bit funny seeing my brother freak out over something. But I still need to find something to make him less....tense. Luckily, I could see a coffee shop up the street.

[Y/N]: "Alastor, does coffee still calm you down."

Alastor: "yes?"

[Y/N]: "Great, then let's get some coffee!"

I grabbed his arm and started to drag him towards the coffee shop which, as we got closer, was called Hell's Brew. As I came to a sharp stop, I could smell the mixture of coffee and tea coming out of the shop. I looked over at Alastor and I could physically see him start to unwind.

[Y/N]: "well? Are we just going to stand outside or are we going in?"

He perked up, and let out a soft chuckle.

Alastor: "you know, I'm still amazed that you can act the same as you did when you were alive."

[Y/N]: "yeah, *starts to walk to the door* I could say the same for you."

This time, I could hear Alastor let out a good laugh this time. It really did bring a smile to my face. Sadly, I wasn't watching where I was going and walked right into someone who was leaving the shop. I didn't get a clear look at their face but I did see a cup go flying in the air. I quickly summon a gravity sphere around us and save the drink, but not the person. I quickly grabbed the cup and offered my hand to help them.

[Y/N]: "my apologies, I wasn't watching where I was going and-"

???: "I-it's ok, it actually happens a lot. I'll just buy a new on-"

As he spoke, his voice sounded so familiar. Then it hit me...

[Y/N]: "Michael, is that you?"

Michael, who's an old friend of mine, was once a powerful overlord called the Shadow Demon. I helped him a few time with more non-violent problems back when he was an overlord but he disappear a few years back.
