svt joshua ft wonwoo

Its just another horrible day experiencing a stomachache. This has been going on for days and it hasn't gotten any better after taking medications. So I decided to go to the clinic to get it checked out. Did i mention that i have a big fear of needles?

"y/n the doctor is ready to see you."

I got up from my seat and dragged myself to the consultation room. I entered. There was a doctor and a male nurse in the room waiting for me. I sat on the examination bed.

"hello y/n what seem to be the problem today?"

I just looked down and said nothing. I started shaking in fear that they might hurt me. I felt something on my shoulder and i immediately flinched and moved away.

"y/n darling are you scared?" i nodded my head.

"ohh y/n there is nothing to be afraid of , we are here to help you feel better. I promise to take it slow and explain everything along the way alright? And if you want, you can hold wonwoo's hand if you are scared."

I slowly lifted my head and nodded. Wonwoo sat beside me and held my hand to keep me calm.

" Fantastic. So can you tell me what brings you here today?"

" I've been experiencing a really bad pain in my stomach."

" Alright we're just going to conduct a few simple checks. The first thing I'm going to do is just to listen to your heart and lungs. Is that alright? i promise it will not hurt at all."

i just nodded my head. He just gently slipped his stethoscope under my shirt and listened. 

"good job, everything sounds good. The next thing im going to do is just to check your temperature yeah?"

 i gave him the acknowledgment . The moment he placed it in my ear , i flinched.

" Try to stay still alright ? Its just a few seconds."

He gently inserted it again and i just squeezed Wonwoo's hand. Soon after it beeped and he took it out.

"Your temperature is a little higher than expected but need not be too concerned about it. Alright the last thing i need to do is just to check your stomach. So can you lie down on the bed for me?"

I did what he told me to and lied on the bed. I continued to hold Wonwoo's hand.

" I'll just be tapping on a few places on your stomach. If anything hurts or feel funny , just sound it out. I promise to be as gentle as possible

He did what he said he would. The first few places he tapped on felt fine but once he moved to the centre it hurt.

" Ow ow ow" i croaked out.

" ok ok ok im sorry. We're all done. Nothing else. Good job good job."

He helped me sit up again.

" y/n you have the stomach bug. Sadly the only way to treat it is to get a shot."

The moment I heard the word shot, I immediately hopped off the bed and made a run for the door. But before i could even make it to the door , Wonwoo caught me. I struggled against his grip but to no avail. I cried into his shirt, wetting it. He sat on the chair with me in his lap

" Shh don't cry, everything is alright." Wonwoo calmly said as he gently placed my head on his chest. 

His grip tightened then I felt it, the shot going into my arm. I let out a small cry.

" Shh it's alright to cry, just a few more seconds. You are doing really well my dear." Joshua said as wonwoo was gently wiping off my tears.

"You're all done. Just go home and have a good rest. You should start feeling better soon." Joshua said as he gently removed the needle and place a bandage over it. 

I got off  Wonwoo's lap and gave them a hug each, thanking them for taking care of me.

"You're welcome darling, come back and see us anytime if you don't feel well." Joshua said as he waved to me. 

Leaving the clinic ,I thought: maybe going to the doctor's isn't as scary when you have such nice doctors.
