He woke up with sweat drenching his forehead and down his back. He knew he was just stressing about you. It had been a month since the concert in Santiago. The boys had to keep moving on with the tour.
They would transfer you from hospital to hospital ahead of them, so that when they got there you were all set up. He missed you so much and he knew that you should be taken back to Korea. For your own safety but, he didn't want to be alone. He was afraid..that while he was away you'd slip through his fingers.
He ran his fingers through his dampened hair. He looked up at the ceiling of the hotel room, it was still dark out. He couldn't sleep, eating was the same. He forced down small amounts of food so his hyungs wouldn't be as worried.
He dangled his feet off the side of the bed, trying his best not to wake up Taehyung. Tae decided to share a room with him so he could keep an eye out for him.
He visited you often and tried many times to sleep in the hospital rooms with you. He liked to watch you sleep, you were absolutely beautiful.
When Namjoon had told him that you might not remember him or anything about your connection. He cracked, he broke under the tremendous pressure. He cried all the time, his head was always hurting. He hadn't of felt anything from you, no emotions despite the tether.
He exhaled heavily as he got up from his bed. The sliding door was open slightly since Tae liked the evening breezes. He opened the sliding door with much stealth. He walked out onto the terrace and glanced up at the moon peeking through the clouds.
He thought back to all the attempts he had tried to wake you up. He played his live wallpaper for you to see if he got anything from you. That was after he sneaked out of his hospital bed to come see you. He had the boys take turns watching you since he couldn't always be there. He felt guilty like he caused your trauma.
When he got back to the hotel he tried calling your friend. She was not very helpful and didn't seem to really care about your struggles. "Jerk.." He scoffed thinking back to that conversation with Bora.
After that conversation, he slipped out of the hotel and went back to the hospital. You had been in the same spot. Your hair was put into little braids here and there to keep it from matting. Jungkook had insisted for Tae and him to do it for you.
Jimin sat unsteadily on the chair next to your bed. He brushed the stray hairs from your face and tucked them behind your ear. He wanted to cry, to release all of his pain. He felt numb and he knew why. Did he want to admit that he knew why... no. He stroked your cheek affectionately and tried to ignore the color filled world. It didn't feel the same without you seeing it too. "Byeol.." He barely whispered before the pain in his heart kicked in.
He took a steady breath and tried to stomp out the pain in his heart. "Byeol... come to me.." He ran his fingers down your bare arm, tracing abstract lines on your forearm. He sniffled trying so hard to stay strong for you. "My wings.. come to me.. I miss you."
He closed his eyes for a moment just trying to get ahold of himself. He stopped tracing patterns on you and ran his shaky fingers through his hair. He felt the pull, the familiar magnetic pull that he hadn't felt in so long. He opened his eyes to the grey filled room and snapped his head to you. It wasn't much to go on and he knew he shouldn't get his hopes up.
He felt something from you. He bounced his leg in complete anxiety. It technically wasn't an emotion but he was still happy to be getting anything. He went to reach for your hand to hold in his when there was a knock.
He swiveled in his seat as the nurse walked in. "I'm sorry to disturb you sir but, i need to tend to Miss Byeol. Would you please excuse us?" The nurse bowed slightly to him. He had no choice but to leave your side.
