Chapter 5-Chinai's Murder's Investigation

Manami's P.o.V.

We all are still stuck on the phrase,"One of us is a murderer".
"So,isn't it time to investigate,Manami?"
She's right...
"Right,Kimai...I'm going."
I leave the gym and head to the classroom which was the scene of the crime.
"Alright...First,I'll take note of the cause of death.
She was poisoned,and postmortem she was tied and her back was impaled on this iron pole."
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Chinai's Body-
"She's not wearing what she usually wears...she has a cyan-colored and bloodstained dress."
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Chinai's Dress-
"There's a photo on the floor..."
I pick it up.
"This kid seems to be a young Chinai,but the photo here is torn,so I don't know who else is in this picture. Maybe the part that was torn off is still in this room..."
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Chinai's Childhood Photo-
"I still haven't found the poison that was used to kill Chinai...wait,that seems to be..."
I notice a piece of paper on the floor and pick it up.
"It's the torn off part of the photo...And that child is...Nitu?"
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Nitu's Childhood Photo-
"Are Chinai and Nitu related somehow...?"
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Chinai and Nitu's Friendship (?)-
"Maybe I should gather some info from the others. They may know something."
While I exit the room,I run in Nitu.
"Ah,Nitu,I wanted to ask you some-"
"Ohh,Manami! It's so terrible! Poor Chinai..."
"...As I was saying,I have some questions for you."
"Sure,go ahead."
"Did you already know Chinai before you came to the academy?"
"No,no,I met her when we came here..."
"Well,I found this photo at the-"
"It must be fabricated! Y'know,like,touched up,F-A-B-R-I-C-A-T-E-D!"
"By the culprit,you mean?"
"Yeah that! I've gotta go now bye!"
"B-But Nitu!"
She runs away.
She's acting strangely...she might know something.
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Nitu's Strange Behavior-
I should investigate Chinai's room,maybe...
I head to Chinai's room,and as I enter,one thing catches immediately my eye.
"It's a note...let's read it."
I read aloud the note written in surprisingly elegant handwriting.
"Oy,Nitu! For the last time,I'm not gonna wear those fancy clothes,okay?! You've become way too obsessive for these things,you're even treating me like a mannequin! I won't ever pose for you again,got that? Hope you understand.

The note makes me ask myself numerous questions.
What does Chinai mean by -I won't ever pose for you again-?
What did Nitu want from Chinai?!
Maybe if I find her mobile phone,I might find some more info...
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Chinai's Note-
This will be useful information for the Class Trial.
After investigating a bit,but without any results,I decide to drink something at the Cafeteria,when suddenly I find a liquid on the floor.
It looks like some kind of poison...
Near the liquid,there's a fragment of glass.
Could these be the poison used as the murder weapon and a piece of glass from its container...? 
-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Piece of Glass-

-OBTAINED EVIDENCE: Liquid-

"Attention,students. Everything's set for the Class Trial. Please come to the red door in the academic zone."

Oh no...time's over...I-I'm not ready!

I should go change my clothes and be quick...

I go in my room,quickly wear my white and hot pink sweatshirt similiar to my father's,white trousers and hot pink sneakers.

Then I head into the red door.

I enter,and inside there are the other students and an enormous elevator.

"Okay,students. We're all set: Please enter the elevator."

We board the elevator.

One of us...

Is a murderer.

We must catch him or her...

For Chinai's sake.

And so it begins:

The Class Trial to live,

or the Class Trial to die.

The elevator finally stops.

"Please find the seats with your names."

And so,we find our seats and prepare ourselves...
