Midoriya?

Todoroki POV

THUMP

A loud noise erupted from my balcony. I could see a figure behind my curtain, it seemed like they fell. The normal hum that was the scraps and slivers of someone talking through the filter that is the UA high dormitory walls.

They got off the floor and were currently checking where they were. This happened before, when Kaminari scared Uraraka and she slapped him thinking it was someone else. Her quirk accidentally activated sending him in the air and then falling onto my balcony. For that reason I decide its probably nothing and I tried to guess who it was.

The were on the shorter side and had what appeared to be thick, fluffy hair. It could be Ashido at that aspect but then they turned and it was confirmed that they either had a really flat chest or it was a guy.

Okay what guy has fluffy hair? Bakugou? No it doesn't seem like him. They don't have the same demeanor or preferred positioning.

Who could it be?

They waved at me. I waved back and they started hopping around saying something. Though I couldn't hear what they were saying, only the humming through the wall that indicates that someone's talking. They were so busy, celebrating? That they didn't realize they were nearing the edge. So I slammed the door open with the screen to see someone who infact was a boy and had fluffy hair.

I only saw them for a split second before they started falling. The green fluffy hair, the smaller body type.

"MIDORIYA!" I yelled while reaching for his hand only for it to faze right through and do nothing as he fell from my balcony. I blinked and he was gone, like he never existed in the first place.

I fell to my knees. Was this some kind of messed up dream? Or rather a nightmare. He slipped out of my hands, AGAIN. After this entire thing. The shooting, him going missing, the one responsible for his death contacting me, and I couldn't do anything.

"I really am worthless, aren't I?"
