Things I hate and why

Sunstone

When I was watching change your mind for the first time, I was happy how rainbow quartz 2.0 showed up. I loved the Mary poppies references in his character, and he's the only fusion that identifies as a guy! I just found their fusion really fun  and creative, like a lot of the fusions on the show. I was super excited to see what they would do with Garnet and Stevens fusion, I mean a fusion of the two most powerful members on the team would be awesome,right?

Instead we got this, a fucking sun on a very oddly shaped body....
I hate how they made sunstone one of those "and remember kids!!" character. I never really liked those characters to begin with, but sunstone really pushed the limit. EVERRYTHINNGG they did was a "remember kids!!" Or "Lets do it,woohoo!!" But she did get limited time on CYM, so maybe there was more to their character than what we saw.

So along cane futures episode, a very special episode. We got to see Rainbow quartz again and he even sang, I liked that. Then Sunstone came, and was still the same. I was very disappointed in a very special episode, it was cute and all but it just wasn't really interesting and kinda boring to me, and sunstone just made it 10 times worse.

Rebeca sugar said,like always, the crew was rushed and had a lot to squeeze into 20 episodes. Then why did a very special episode have to exist? They could've done, well I don't know....
1. More Spinel time
We defiantly needed more of her, they could've done a lot of better things with her

2. A jasper redemption ark
A lot of people speculated that jasper is going to little homeschool now, but that's just speculations. She could've just been there to talk to Steven. A lot of people, like me, love jasper and wanted her to have a redemption ark, but NOPE.

3. Confirmation on Pink diamond
I really wish we could've had an episode where the crystal gems and the other gems pink hurt just came together and talked. It was left very open ended on how even Steven felt about his mother. It seemed like it would be one of the main focuses on future, but NOPE

Or just literally anything else that actually would change or help another lose end or something that was actually CANON.
Yeah this rant kind of went back to my disappointment of how future was handled, but I still just don't like sunstone.
