Khushi rushes towards Rishab asking what happened. She touches his face to see if he is alright. He is burning with fever. Khushi is worried, she starts panicking. She rushes to the kitchen and gets a glass of water. She starts sprinkling some on his face in order to make him gain conscious. Nothing is working. She starts,"O God..O God..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ..Get up Rishab..Amma...Kya karun mein ab??" Just then Rishab murmurs something and slowly opens his eyes and touches his head. Khushi says,"O Thank God..You okay?? You are burning with fever..Can you try to get up?" Rishab replies,"Hmm..My..head.." Just then someone rings the bell. Khushi says to Rishab,"You stay here..one minute." She gets up to open the door to find Raju kaka with a huge tiffin box.
He is surprised to see Khushi standing at the door. He asks,"Khushi beta aap?? Rishu baba kahan hai?" Khushi feels relieved to find someone who can help. She says,"Kaka aap jaldi aaiye.Rishab gir gaya hai." They both rush towards him and both help him get up. They take him inside into his room and make him sit on the bed. Khushi asks Rishab for doctor's number. Rishab murmurs,"I..am..fine now. I..don't..need any doctor." Raju kaka tell her about their family doctor whose number must be in Rishab's phone. Khushi asks for his phone and gives him an angry look to force him to unlock his phone. She asks kaka to help Rishab change out of his wet clothes. She goes out and gives the doctor a call explaining everything.
By the time doctor arrives, Rishab had changed, was under the covers and fed warm soup prepared by Khushi. Doctor asks Raju kaka who the girl is. He replies she is a family friend. He then tells that Rishab has got a very high temperature and may be he had not eaten anything that day or taken too much stress for which he had lost his consciousness. He says,"I am giving him an injection now. There are few medicines that I am leaving here. Give that on time. Give him light food and he needs enough rest. If his fever returns tomorrow and stays above 103° then give me a call. I'll send someone to collect blood samples." He then leaves. Rishab asks Raju kaka to return home too as Dadi will be worried. He requests him not to say anything to her. Raju kaka leaves asking Khushi to take care of Rishab.
Khushi herself changes and goes into Rishab's room. She goes near him and touches his forehead. He is asleep now and his temperature is bit down. She draws the blanket over his hands. She thinks, 'Awww..kitna cute lagraha hai sote huye jaise koi shaant bacha..Who will tell that he was fire with anger few hours ago?' She looks around the room. The room is big with a huge bed. A big sofa at one side and a desk and a chair at one corner. A laptop is there on the table and above it on the wall is a photograph of an woman, Rishab's mother and another of his grandfather. There are some other photographs on the side table of young Rishab with his mother and grandparents. Khushi moves towards one door to find herself in a walk-in closet. There is a huge collection of shirts, suits, shoes etc. She says, "Haye itne saare kapde or joote?? Yeh sab kab pehenta hai yeh?" She moves around and comes across a beautifull box. She opens it to find her earning inside. She gets surprised, picks it up and asks,"This is my earning where did he find it? And why is he keeping it here? Hmm..I have to ask him."
She comes out and moves towards the table and opens the laptop. The screen asks for password. Khushi whispers to herself,'Should I or should I not?? It's not right to open anybody's laptop..But I can find Ranvir's information from here..hmmm...Rishab had told me I can do anything to uncover the mystery..So it's okay to snoop..What can be the password?' She first types s&kpublication, incorrect; then rolling her eyes she types ritika,incorrect. She smiles then thinking for sometime she types his mother name and it opens. She cheers then realising Rishab is sleeping keeps quite. There are many folders, but one particular file catches her attention. It's named RM. She clicks it but it asks for password again. Just then Rishab starts moaning as if in pain. Khushi closes the laptop and rushes towards him.
Khushi gets up into the bed and running her hand into his hair asks,"Rishab, what happened?" Rishab opens his eyes and murmurs,"My head..my whole body is in pain." Khushi starts massaging his head, his hands and his legs. Rishab falls asleep again after sometime. Khushi keeps massaging his head till she sleeps on his chest.

In the early morning, Rishab wakes up to find Khushi sleeping on him. A smile appears on Rishab's face. She is looking so beautiful that he wants to kiss her. He slowly removes her hair from her face and gives a kiss on her head. He draws the blanket over her and bringing her closer falls asleep again. After an hour he gets up and his movement makes Khushi to wake up too. She finding herself sleeping on Rishab's arm, gets up quickly. She bites her lips and says,"Sorry.." Rishab smiles and replies,"For what? I liked it.." Khushi doesn't reply, she gives him an angry look and starts giving instructions to him," Don't smile..Get up and wash your face. I am bringing tea. You have medicines to take. I have to check your temperature, call doctor uncle..oh I have so many work to do..(Finding Rishab still smiling at her says) Bandar jaise smile kyun kar raheho..I said na go." Shaking her head she runs out of the room.
After sometime she enters the room with a two cups of tea and biscuits. She places it on the bed and hand overs a cup to him. Rishab says,"Kal tumhe maine dara diya tha na?" Khushi replies,"Haye mat poocho. Meri toh halat tight hui padi thi. One minute you are talking and the next minute you are down on the floor. I was thinking mein akeli jaan kaise uthaungi iss hulk ko.." Rishab asks,"What did you say? I am hulk hun?? Kabhi bandar kabhi hulk mujhe samajh kya rakha hai..moti.." He holds Khushi's hand and starts twisting it. Khushi starts crying,"Amma..chodo mera haath..If it will break then how will I work? Meine itna khyal rakha, sar-haath dabaya and you are doing like this..kitna kamina hai tu?" Rishab raises his eyebrows and asks," Again what did you say? Kamina? I am not leaving you today." Khushi starts crying,"Amma..SORRY Sorry please I will not say that again..Promise. My hands will break now leave..who will massage your head?? Okay baba sorry I will not call you Hulk or anything. Promise..You can call me moti. I will not say anything. I will massage your head everyday..I will do whatever you say...please leave...aaaa" Rishab starts laughing. He looses his hold, pulls her closer into his arms. He hugs her tightly and gives her a kiss on her head.
