Bryce got in the drivers' seat and stared at me.

"I literally spent the whole morning watching movies with you," Bryce said. "At least be thankful."

"I am.  I never said I wasn't. But you were the one who wanted me to stay, so I did. Now I'm thinking I should have just gone to work!" I stated.

"Who's the one who made you feel better when you were stressed and drove to your place just for your live?"

"Who's the one who bailed you out from jail in Texas and still supported your bullshit after we broke up?"

"Maybe we should have stayed broken up!" Bryce yelled.

"You're the one who came crawling back!" I was done with him. He got out and slammed the door shut, walking into the house. I sighed and scooted down on the chair, resting my feet on the dashboard. About 10 minutes passed and my door opened.

"I'm sorry!" We both said and I looked a Bryce.

"I didn't mean it," I told him.

"I know and I didn't mean what I said," he set a hand on my knee and I nodded.

"I love you." I made grabby hands and he kissed me.

"Okay. Now let me do this. I'm begging you... Please let's not go shopping for a dog right now. I just wanna give it some time. We don't even have a doggy bed or anything."

"Okay."

"Let's go get food and then order lunch," Bryce said and I nodded. He shut the door and sat back down. We got to Ralphs and Bryce came in with me. A lot of people recognized us and were muttering or trying to take videos. We just continued with our shopping and I paid. We drove back to Sway and talked along the way. "Can you even keep a fish alive?"

"No... But a dog is different, Bryce!"

"It's harder to take care of." I gave up and stayed quiet for the rest of the ride. I sat on the couch and Nick came over.

"Hey," he waved at me.

"Oh, hey," I smiled. "The boys are playing video games downstairs and I'm pretty sure Bryce is sleeping."

"Alright." He went down and Bryce walked over, looking like a rat. I couldn't stop laughing as his face looked like a thumb.

"Shut up!" Bryce yelled and I went quiet. He mumbled something to himself and sat next to me.

"You're cuter when you're happy, Bryce." He glared at me and I tilted my head, mentioning for him to lie down. He set his head on my lap and I ran my fingers through his hair. "I don't mean to make you upset, okay? I like messing with you." He hummed and I ran my hand from his hair to slide down his arm and to his chest.

"I sometimes just hate myself," Bryce said.

"I hate me too."

"You're rich, you're a singer, and everyone loves you."

"Bryce, you're rich, a tiktok star, and everyone loves you." There was silence and then soft snoring. I smiled and chuckled. Bryce treated me better than my ex ever did. And I had been with my ex for 6 months. Bryce was different and special. He was a bad boy and I fell for people who would break my heart for sure. My ex wasn't anything like Bryce. Bryce woke about 10 minutes later and looked at me.

"I'm sorry."

"Why?"

"This day is supposed to be for you. And I'm literally sleeping."

"It's fine, Bryce. Do you want me to take you to your room?"

"Yeah." He climbed onto my back and I took him to his room.

"I smell disgusting," Bryce stated as I set him down. He put on some deodorant and gave me a forehead kiss.

"You're being considerate..."

"You're being mean..." I rolled my eyes and bit my lip, holding Bryce's biceps as he held my waist. "Give me a kiss." Bryce leaned down and I kissed him. I leaned my head against his chest and he rested his chin on top of my head. "I love you, Soph," Bryce muttered and I gave his arm a squeeze. Bryce bent down and lifted me, making me wrap my legs around his torso. "Dinner..."

"Ooh! We should go on a date!" I smiled.

"You're making my pockets hurt," Bryce smiled and whispered. "I don't mind." He took me home so I could change, and we went on a date. It was super fun and I stayed at Sway. Bryce went live in the morning and I took a shower in his bathroom. I walked out and he blocked everyone's view with the chair. I threw on one of his hoodies and he looked back. "Don't you have to wear professional clothes?"

"I have a clothes rack at the studio," I kissed his cheek and stood straight. "Can I take your car?"

"No! Get an Uber."

"I'm not getting in an Uber alone."

"You're not taking my car."

"Bryce, I'm gonna be late!"

"Then you won't have to go," Bryce stated and I snatched his keys. "Sophie... no!"

"Just focus on your live. I'll be back at 3." I walked out with my purse and phone. I got to the studio and filming felt better. I finished and it was supposed to premiere on Saturday, so I got to go home.

"Yo," Jaden opened the door. "Um... Bryce is mad at you and told us not to let you into his room. He locked it."

"Jaden, can you please let me talk to him?" I asked.

"Yeah, go ahead. I'm not gonna stop you." I went up and knocked on the door.

"Bryce, I didn't expect you to get upset. It was just a car, Bryce. And I needed to get to work." There was no response. "Here are your key." I slid them under the door and I heard him pick them up.  The door unlocked and I was face to face with Bryce. He pulled me in by my wrist and pushed me against the wall.  He locked the door and got in my face, glaring with hatred in his eyes.
