12. Death Bed (Alt. Ending)

I never liked Kuroo, he had somehow become my friend and I guess I was just happy...I'm so sorry I stopped talking to you, I'm so sorry I never noticed your pain. I love you too, you were the only one I had liked ever since we were kids. You made me feel butterflies in my stomach, my thoughts were always clouded with you. Kuroo is dating Kenma, nothing happened between us. I'm so sorry Tadashi, it's been 3 months already...please wake up, I need to hear your voice"

Doctors and nurses rushed in the room, once they heard the sound, my cries fillied the room as well as the nurses pushed me out the room

No, no!!! This can't be happening, Tadashi can't die! Please don't let him die now

Half an hour later, the news were delivered

"Tsukishima...I'm so sorry for your loss" Said the doctor with sorrow, he bowed and left me alone

I was numb...I entered Tadashi's room once again and looked at his lifeless body laying on the bed

"Why Yamaguchi...WHY?!" I cried, sobbed, let out all of my grief. I held his hand and lightly kissed it

"I'll join you soon..." I ran out his room and down the halls, passing the lobby and escaping into the nightly day

I ran and ran, forcing my legs to carry me somewhere, anywhere. But I never watched where I was going, I ran across a street with green lights

BEEP! BEEP!

This was it, a car was speeding, and the driver's break must've broken. I stopped myself and began to smile, this was it

The headlights flashed before me and once I knew it, I was thrown across the air and into the floor, blood pooling around me everywhere

'I'm coming...Tadashi'

"Local news, a car accident happened today early in the night. A teenager under the name of, Tsukishima Kei, had been hit brutally, killing him instantly. He was a volleyball player for our upcoming volleyball team, Karasuno high. I am deeply sorry for the school's loss."
