Gwen was still sat at the desk, scrolling on her phone. She looked over her shoulder at Esther and Scrags sleeping. She sighed and turned back around. Looks like he didn't want to talk to her. She wasn't that angry at him, to be completely honest, but she still had a small bit of anger towards him. She could hold a grudge when she wanted to. Part of her did right now. She wasn't angry at Esther, though. Esther hadn't wronged her, as far as she is concerned.

Keith approached Gwen, not fully understanding how upset she would be at him. I mean, it's not like she's been very clear with it. She kissed him, slapped him and then kissed him again. It shows how completely confused she was with her emotions. But to Keith? Well, he thought it was a sign of reluctance. He thought that it was her being reluctant to go forth with their relationship, which still existed in his eyes. He hadn't learned, had he?

Keith tapped Gwen on the back.
"Hey, Gwen." he spoke semi loudly, but he remembered the two asleep and kind of kept it down. He was still quite loud, but it was an improvement.

Gwen looked over her shoulder at him.
"Can't you see I'm busy?" she asked before turning back around to her phone, where she was scrolling on Instagram. She wasn't even looking at anything important, she just didn't fully want to talk to him right now. I mean, who would, with everything Keith has put them through over the weekend?

"Well, do you wanna choose to not be busy?" Keith muttered as he rubbed her upper arm. Gwen smacked his hand away and sighed, turning around again.

"Keith! Please." she whisper shouted before turning back around once more. Any normal person would realise that Gwen didn't want to talk to them. But Keith obviously didn't realise this painfully obvious fact. He had a knack for being oblivious.

Keith tapped her on the shoulder once more and she turned around yet again. She sighed and put her phone down for a bit. She might as well talk to him, as he obviously wasn't giving up any time soon at all. "Yes, Keith?" she spoke with a seemingly impatient tone, but almost saddened, tone. Keith still didn't pick up on this.

Keith walked over to the empty bed and sat down. He gently patted the edge of the bed, silently inviting Gwen to sit next to him. She stood up and reluctantly walked over to sit next to him. She wasn't happy about this, to be honest. She still didn't feel like talking to anyone, let alone Keith. She gently placed her phone in her pocket as she walked and sat down.

"So.. do you forgive me?" Keith gave Gwen his version of puppy eyes, which honestly weren't very convincing at all. Gwen pulled an almost disgusted face and gently hit him on his upper arm.
"No! Not yet. You have to actually do something for me so I can forgive you.." she snapped back as he winced slightly.
"Hey! What was that for?" he whisper shouted as he rubbed his arm. He was acting like he had been shot in the shoulder when in reality, it was a small whack, if that.

"It's because you were being stupid, Keith. As per usual.." she trailed off as she stood up. "Look, I'm gonna go start getting dressed for bed. Unlike those two," she gestured to Esther and Scrags, "I want to get into some comfortable pyjamas before I sleep." She walked over to her little bag and pulled out some silky pyjamas. Without another word, she walked into the bathroom to get changed.

Keith stayed there on the edge of the bed. Waiting. He didn't know exactly what to do and he didn't see much wrong with what he had done, to be entirely honest. Maybe he would realise eventually and come clean for it all, but for now he didn't. But there was something going on in Keith's brain right now.

Panic.

Keith was genuinely worried, for once. He had admitted to accidentally killing someone and Scrags had confronted him about how it's a big deal. Keith managed to play it off in the moment, but now after thinking about it, the don't cancel each other out. This would probably get him into huge trouble, especially considering Scrags was part of the FBI. He was a bit panicky, but he managed to conceal it well. He always was good at concealing certain things. I say certain things because it was pretty evident how much he hated Cluebert. He hated how Cluebert was loved and adored. He wanted that. But he didn't seem to be good enough for the rest of the group. He never did.

Gwen finally emerged from the bathroom in her light red, silk pyjamas and her hair was in those hair curlers you can keep in overnight. She always enjoyed to keep her appearance up. She no longer had any makeup on and she just seemed fresh. She placed her clothes from earlier into her bag and closed it.

She turned to where Keith was sat and walked over. She sat down next to him. "Look, man. Let's resume this conversation in the morning. For now, could you let me get into my bed?" she requested of him.

He respected her wishes and stood up. He stood to the side and gestured for her to get in. Gwen did that and she started getting comfortable in her bed.

Keith didn't know where he would I be allowed to go. He contemplated getting in bed with Gwen, but he decided against it. He went into his bag and got out a Snuggie, because he obviously had one of those, and he lied himself down onto the floor and was asleep almost immediately.

It's the first time in a little while that everything was calm with the squad. But how long will the peace last?

Well.. that's another question.
