Our last house got burned on our anniversary. We decided to celebrate it by having a family dinner outing but when we got back our house was already ashes. When we asked our neighbors they said they didn't see anything.
How? How can you not see a three floor house burn down into ashes! But dwelling at the past won't change anything now. We got our new house as a recommendation from my parents. We liked the price, it was huge and in a secure area.

"We're here!" I shouted at the top of my voice, making the kids jump out of their deep sleep.
"Mom!" Violet yelled in frustration. She never liked being woken up from her naps but this time her anger faded as soon as she looked out the window.
"Whoa". The kids said as they got out of the car and embraced by the sight of our new mansion. It wasn't as talk as our last one but it was really wide.
"So..what do you think?" I folded my arms and raises a brow at them. The girls were pretty doubtful of the size of the house since they only saw it in pictures.
"It's huge!" Violet gasped "no huge doesn't start to describe it "
"It's gigantic " Dexter added.
I went to the trunk and started to take out the few stuff we packed." The moving can won't be here for another 3 hours so le..."
I was cut of by the sound of footsteps running away. As soon as I looked up I noticed that Violet and Dexter had already gotten into the house. I sighed in disappointment.
"Don't worry hunny, they'll come around...here I'll help you". David said . Something about him made me wanna jump on him and kiss him. It wasn't his dark brown hair or his ocean blue eyes. No. It was his smile, his comforting and warm smile.
I simply smiled and nodded
