Fever (chap 4)

When ayako woke up the next morning she noticed that she was feeling feverish "I'll be fine...i can make it through the day, plus it's Friday i can just relax once i get home for awhile", she started to get ready for school as usual but with a little struggle due to tripping over things on the floor she forgot to clean up, she headed downstairs once she finished getting ready but decided not to eat breakfast and just head to school, While she was walking she hummed softly to herself while thinking about what to do with the team today.

Ayako managed to get to class without running into anyone by accident, she had a habit of bumping into others because she doesn't really pay attention to her surroundings all that much, but soon enough she ran into tsukishima the second she went to walk to ger desk.

"A-ah Sorry Tsukshima~kun..." she looked up and smiled weakly.

"Uh- what's wrong with you?" He just looked down at her.

"Oh it's nothing, just a small fever, b-but im fine!" She chuckles nervously.

"Oh..kay then-." He went to his seat and sat down.

The lesson started after about 10 minutes into class time, the teacher was running late today, "okay class so for those projects I assigned awhile ago, they will be due next week on Thursday, so please have everything finished and ready to hand in", most of the class groaned but they new it had to be done.

It was finally the end of the day and ayako was the last person to arrived at practice which was odd to the boys as she always arrived early, ayako stood by kiyoko like usual but did struggle to keep up with the boy's energy. While everyone was practicing they hear kiyoko yell them over "guys, odaka~chan uh passed out, and she fell", kiyoko was holding ayako so she wasn't on the floor.

"Odaka!" Hinata was worried and ran up to the pink haired girl.

"What should w-we do??" Sugawara was also worried as was everyone else.

"Someone should take her home, and make sure she's okay" kiyoko said to them with a worried expression.

Tsukishima hesitated but spoke up "im the only one here who knows where she lives only because i was planning to work on a project there at some point,so I'll take her i guess".

"Good idea BUT dont you do anything to her, ya here!" Nishinoya spoke up.

"I dont plan on doing anything-." Tsukishima sighs.

After changing Tsukshima held ayako in his arms bridal style as he carried her back to her home. He sighed to himself "you idiot, you should've stayed home", normally he wouldn't care to much for someone who got sick but ayako was different for him, he for some reason had a little care towards her. A few moments later they arrive back at ayakos house and Tsukishima puts her on her bed after a little struggle to find her room, he went to her kitchen to make her some tea to help her feel a bit better. Ayako soon woke up and sat up.

"what..am I doing home..?" She held her hand against her head, she had got a small headache.

"You passed out at practice" Tsukishima walked into her room with some tea and medicine.

"Wh-what are you doing here!?" She blushed a bit and looked up at Tsukishima.

"I took you home because you passed out..for someone in a college class you are pretty dumb~" he chuckles a bit while setting the stuff on ayako's side table.

"O-oh..sorry for making you go through the trouble.." she looked down at her feet.

Tsukshima just put his index finger on ayako's forehead and looked at her "then dont come to school with a fever..baka~..".
