"You really should have seen him earlier! Ang pogi ng bebe mo, my gosh!" That's Thea talking about the law student that I told her last month. Telling your best friend about your crush is a wrong move. A very wrong move. Now she won't stop talking about how heavenly that guy is. Nakakahiya tuloy baka malaman ni Isaac.

We were on a coffee shop, having our usual chitchat after the sleepless nights of memorizing and reviewing for our exam. At least it's already over. My only problem now is how to stop this girl from fangirling over my crush.

"He went to Prof. Eugenio at nagkataong si prof ang proctor namin"

"Seriously Althea, just stop will you? Baka may makarinig!"

"Why? Everyone knows he likes you too, I mean, he's quite vocal about it, so why bother hiding your feelings, c'mon it's just a crush"

I don't know anymore how to shut her up. I kept on glancing both ways to make sure he's not around. Mahirap na baka marinig nya.

"Get yourself a boyfriend, or kahit crush man lang. Stop being a paparazzi towards Isaac. You creep!."

"Duh, I'm doing this for you. You guys should date, you look good together!"

"You're over thinking things. Malala ka na"

Napailing na lang ako habang inaalala ang huling pag uusap namin ng dating bestfriend kong si Althea tungkol kay Isaac.

I just got back from Europe because of work. It's been four years and I've spent it all by traveling and working just to busy myself. Now I think I'm finally fine. I guess I am, or I don't know. Bahala na.

I smiled bitterly as I traced the golden letters of nuptials written on the invitation.

Michael Isaac Alejandro & Althea Beatrice Bautista

I guess that's what's meant to happen.
