A loud screech attacked your eardrums as Jäegar served in place of your still broken alarm clock. Groaning, you groggily lifted yourself from your warm, soft, tempting mattress. The floor felt freezing on your bare feet as Jäegar landed on your shoulder, the pain of his talons successfully driving away what drowsiness lingered after his wake up call. Deciding to deal with the pain for now, you left the large bird where he was. A flash of realization shown in your E/C eyes. You remembered that it was your first day at UA. The uniform had come in only a few days ago and when you tried it on it fit perfectly. You turned your head to your phone to check the time. It took you about thirty minutes to walk to UA and class started in an hour and a half. You decided to arrive early so your presence in class wouldn't be the center of attention to anyone already in the room. Either way, you needed to be there early to discuss some things with Principal Nezu. Slipping on your uniform, you grabbed your mask and set out to the streets. The wind blew around your H/C hair, but you didn't mind. You kept on walking at a steady pace until the large walls of UA came into view, deciding to save a few minutes of your time you traveled into Nezu's office. The strange rodent...thing, sat at his desk working on paperwork. He lifted his head to look at Y/N, a smile spreading across his face.
"Hello there Y/N, what brings you here so early?" Nezu asked, already pulling out a pen and paper.
Questions
           Nezu nodded,
"I assume they have to do with your peculiarities?" You nodded your head and wrote.
As long as I am not expected to speak, or show my tattooed arm. I also would not like to give everyone the right to my first name, but I believe my last is out of the question.
"I can assure you that I have contacted all your teachers and advised them not to expect any speaking from you. As for your arm, we have provided an extra addition to your gym uniform. It is a long sleeved shirt much like the one your wore at the entrance exams, I believe the collar is high enough to conceal your neck as well. Not to mention it doubles in use, as it also has a built in cooling system. Even without your quirk active, it still exists and effects your body. With strenuous work you overheat easily, correct?"
You nodded. "I would recommend you add it in to your design for your hero costume. But alas, it is just a suggestion." You dipped your head in appreciation
I will be sure to consider
Nezu was about to say something before he was interrupted by a knocking at the door. On instinct you tensed up, ready to fight.
"Calm down Y/N, he is not a threat. In fact, I would love for you to meet each other. I think you would get along well." You gave him a look of doubt. But it went without notice, as Nezu had already moved on to letting this mystery person in. But when a tired looking man entered the room, he wasn't so mysterious. It was the last of the three people you had seen when you snuck into UA.
"Am I interrupting something?" He asked, his voice as tired as he looked.
"No not at all, I fact we, or rather I, would appreciate it if you joined our conversation." Nezu said before Y/N could try and get the man to leave. "This here is one of your students, F/L/N (fake last name) Y/N. Y/N this is your home room teacher Aizawa Shouta." You narrowed your eyes out of instinct, but your tension eased when Aizawa made no effort to try and shake your hand. You didn't let the relief show on your face. But in the slight dropping of your shoulders, Aizawa could just barely notice your relief.
"Well, nice to meet you F/L/N." Aizawa tunes back to Nezu. "Here are the papers you needed." He was about to walk out the door until Nezu stopped him.
"I don't think F/L/N knows his was around yet, do you mind showing him to his class?" Inside your mind, you sighed. It's not that you didn't like the guy, which was extremely surprising considering you didn't like most people. But you felt like he knew things about you, no, you were sure of it. His eyes could read you like a book, no matter the mask or facade you put on. A stark contrast to most idiots you've met. It was refreshingly terrifying. A voice snapped you out of your thoughts.
"Y/N are you alright?" Nezu questioned. You dipped your head, and went to write on the paper.
F/L/N?
"Ah yes, that will be your temporary name for the time being, is that alright?" You nodded. "Great. Now I think you should go, wouldn't want to keep Aizawa waiting." You set the pen down and walked out the door, letting it close behind you. You hadn't even noticed him leave the room. Outside, waiting for you was Aizawa. Without a word he started walking down the hall with you close behind. After a few minutes of walking the two of you came to a large door.
"Here's your class, your here pretty early, I gotta go do other things. I trust you won't make a mess." You nodded and Aizawa walked off as you opened the giant door. As was expected, no one was inside yet, you walked to a seat in the back and sat down. You still had about twenty minutes before people started arriving, not counting the people who came early. They would start arriving any minuet now. For the time being you surveyed the room, for the most part it seemed like a normal classroom. With the exception for the large door and the barely visible slots in the wall, it seemed that they could slide out. Your thoughts were interrupted as someone opened the door. Walking through the giant door was the blue haired kid from the entrance exams. He went to set his stuff down at a seat on the other side of the room, one row ahead of you. As he turned around he only then seemed to notice you.
"Hello classmate, I didn't see you there. I am Iida Tenya, may I inquire as to what your name is." You cursed at your self in your head for not bringing paper. Resorting to your only option you signed you name out with you hand.
"Oh." A look of surprise caught Iida's face. "Are you able to hear me?" You nodded your head once ever so slightly.
"Well Y/N it is a pleasure to meet you." Iida said, holding out his hand for you to shake. You looked down at his hand, then back up at him. And turned away putting your focus on counting the wood grains on the desk. You didn't care how rude you were acting, any sort of touching was off limits with you. And for good reason. You heard Iida quickly clear his throat, you were ready to just leave if he was going to pester you about a handshake. But we're surprised when he said.
"I am truly sorry if I overstepped any boundaries " he bowed and returned to his seat. Leaving you blank faced, yet internally intrigued at his actions. You weren't used to people speaking so respectfully to you. Though to be fair, you weren't used to people talking to you in general. So even though it was unwanted, you weren't any angrier than usual that the conversation happened. The sound of the door opening again drew both Iida's and your own attention. A black haired girl walked into the room, she quietly walked to the back row and set her things on the desk next to you. She walked over to Iida and they introduced themselves. Her name was Yaoyorozu, she and Iida seemed the goodie-two-shoes types. Not what you found ideal in a person. Abiding by the rules twenty four seven and never allowing yourself lenience generally led to one getting too set in their ways. Unwilling to change their opinions to see it from another perspective. But that was just from your experience. You decided to listen in on their conversation. At first it was just normal school things, you almost stopped listening out of boredom. Until your attention was drawn back by the sound of your name.
"The boy over there's name is Y/N." Iida stated
"That's good to know, but wouldn't it have been better for him to introduce himself?" Momo questioned.
"Well normally yes, but he's mute and I thought I might spare you both any confusion." Iida explained. You contemplated clearing your throat to remind them that you were indeed still in the room. But decided against it as more people started filing into the class. You took note of everyone you saw and what you could depict from their appearance and interaction with other classmates. A happy go lucky red head. Slightly stupid blond. Excitable pink haired alien girl. Angry blonde. Laid back purple haired girl, she seemed like she would be bearable to be around. You would learn about these people later so you decided to direct your eyes away from the door, not wanting to attract any attention by staring. Yet in seconds, your eyes snapped back to the room around you as something, no, someone caught your attention. You kept your eyes lidded and turned you glare onto the class. The source of your surprise was a very short boy with a bird head. And when you say short, you meant it. He couldn't be much taller than Uraraka. But nonetheless his height wasn't what intrigued you, it was his shadow. It seemed, sentient. Not only that but very powerful as well. You would most definitely have to keep an eye on him, or rather, them. You looked at those who had appearance altering quirks, opting to decipher what they could be later as you turned to the desk in front of you once more. A majority of your classmates filed into the room, only a few desks remained empty. The door opened once more to reveal Midoriya and Uraraka. Iida took note of their presence and walked towards Midoriya, ending his small banter with the angry blonde kid about having his feet on the desk. They spoke to each other, yet it was nothing that interested you. Not long after, a voice was heard from behind the three students. Uraraka looked behind her with a look of blank horror on her face. You couldn't see what exactly she was looking at due to them barely being in the doorway. Not long after, your questions were answered as Aizawa entered the room holding what seemed to be the school gym uniform. As your classmates got up to grab one of the uniforms from your homeroom teacher, you patiently waited until the last of the students had gotten their uniforms and then got up to get your own. As was promised your uniform had a black turtle neck gym shirt paired alongside it. Dipping your head in thanks, you grabbed your uniform and followed the retreating forms of your classmates to what you presumed to be the locker rooms. You opened the door and were met with everyone claiming a locker and changing then and there. Do they just not care about privacy, or have they lost all their pride. But to be fair, it wasn't a bad sight, you walked to one of the stalls and locked the door behind you. Trying to make quick of your changing time you made a hook like object out of shadows so you didn't have to fumble around looking for a place to set your clothes. As you slipped off the uniform blazer and button up, your E/C eyes drifted down to your scarred and tattooed chest, lingering only for a moment before you slipped on the black undershirt. As the stretchy fabric hugged your form you were internally surprised. Nezu wasn't kidding when he said it would help you cool off. Your naturally hot skin seemed normal for once. It was also a nice contrast to your high resting temperature. You slipped the regular uniform on your strong frame. Having already changed your pants, you left the stall. Despite your best efforts to get out the door without drawing attention a boy with spiky red hair spoke up before you could get out
