Little Avengers

Chapter 7

Brielle's POV

Peter called me Momma and it was the strangest thing I have ever heard. He just keeps saying it and its driving me crazy. Its been like this since we got home from the park. He can call me Momma and its weird cause this used to be my friend, but hearing someone call me Momma kinda felt right.

"Okay all Avengers are down for a nap. Whatever Nat did really tuckered Stark out." Archie says.

"Thanks for doing that. Can I tell you something?" I ask.

"Does it have to do with Peter calling you Momma?" He asks.

"Yes. Arch its weird. Not being called Momma is weird just the fact that my friend is calling me that is weird. Does that make sense?" I ask.

"Yeah it does actually. Although have you and your boyfriends every talked about that?" He asks.

This isnt happening. Two weeks late and Im not sure if its stress related or if Im with child. God Im scared.

"Hey open up." Nat says.

I opened the bathroom door and pulled her in. She could tell I was freaking out so she gave me a hug.

"You have it?" I ask.

"Yeah. Bri if your with child what will you do? Who's will it be?" She asks.

"I dont know what I'll do Nat. Also I dont know who's it will be. I just hope its negative, but if its not I'll work it out." I say.

"Well I'll be out there and waiting." She says.

She left the bathroom and I took the test. Then I opened the door as I waited for the test to go through.

"What if I am with child? Will they be upset? Whos the father? Will the other leave us? Im scared." I say.

"Hey they love you so much and Im sure they wont leave you. If you are you have some many people who love you and want to help you. Its not like you'll be in this alone. Its not like your taking care of a ton of kids with barely any help." She says.

"Your right." I say.

*beep* *beep*

"Go." She says.

I got up and she followed me in. I slowly lifted up the test and got my answer.

"What?" I question.

"Whats wrong?" She asks.

"Its inconclusive." I say.

"Okay. Then we'll wait a week before we try again." She says.

Yeah I can wait another week. I can do that.

"Umm.. Bri?" Archie questions.

"Oh right sorry. No we never talked about kids. Its just they are so busy with being heroes that I never thought about asking them." I say.

"We'll wait another week before we try again." Nat's voice echoes in my head.

"Bri you okay?" Archie asks.

"Yeah. I'll be in my room. I need some sleep." I say.

I headed upstairs. It was last week when she said that. I havent taken a test since, but I think Im fine. No symptoms so Im most likely not with child. I laid in my bed and just felt at peace.

"Shh.." Someone says.

"Snuggle party." Another says.

I felt two people snuggling into me and so I opened my eyes and there they were little Steve and little Tony.

"Why are you two in my bed?" I ask.

"We missed you." Tony says.

"We climbed over the wall, I gave ToneTone a boost so he opened the door, we did that again opened your door, and climbed into your bed." Steve says.

"Guys the others are still asleep." I say.

"We stay with you please?" Tony asks.

"Sure just be quiet." I say.

Tony snuggled into my chest and Steve snuggled into Tony's back. I ran my hands through little Tony's hair and just smiled at him.

"Us Too!" Clint yells.

"Oh boy." I say.

He ran in and jumped onto my back and Nat followed. Clint hugged my back. Nat however sat on the foot of the bed and looked at us.

"Nattie come on give huggies." Clint says to her.

"No hug. Me puppy. Woof." Nat says.

"Yay! Puppy!" Clint says and crawled over to her and pet her head.

Nat then bit at him and he kept petting her.

"Ohh me too." Bucky says.

He climbed onto the bed and started petting Nat too.

"Bite them. Bit them." Sam says also climbing onto the bed.

"No we dont bite, but Clint, Buck, Nat doesnt look to happy. Although Nat if your a puppy you have to be a nice puppy." I say.

"Woof." Nat says.

"She no puppy she Nat." Bruce say coming in.

"Okay now its a party. Wait how did you all get out of your playpens. I know how Steve and Tony did it." I say.

"Its not hard." He says climbing onto the bed.

"Oh god you are all trouble." I say.

"Even me?" Steve asks sitting up.

"Oh Stevie I was kidding." I say and bopped his nose.

He giggled and then went down the bed to pet Nat alongside, Bucky, Clint, and Sam. Bruce moved my other arm up and snuggled into my side.

"Hi." Bruce says.

"Hi sweetie." I say.

"No go way." Tony says trying to push Bruce away from me.

"Tony its okay." I say.

"Bri! Bri!" Archie yells running in.

"Its okay they are right here." I say.

"No not them. HYDRA Agent Brock Rumlow." He says out of breath.

"What about him?" I ask.

"He broke Justin Hammer out of jail and their coming for Steve and Tony." He says.

"No. I good boy." Tony says.

"All of you sit here. Please behave." I say.

"We will." Steve says.

I got out of my room and pulled Archie aside.

"Okay talk. What are you saying?" I ask.

"Rumlow hates CaptainAmerica, Hammer hates IronMan. Hammer was broken out of jail and with Rumlow's help they are coming for them." Archie says.

"They're going to the Compound. No one is there. If they learn what happens they will take them. Im gonna call Nick and see if he can get the others back. Just stay with them." I say.

I went to call Nick, but the phone went to voicemail. Then there was a knock at the door. I opened it and there the rest of the team was along with Nick.

"We have a problem." Nick says.

Yes we do. Yes we really do.
