"Are you sure?"
"How many times are you going to ask that?" Demi asked Luke as she poured lots of colors in Zoë's shampoo and conditioner bottle. She used a special kind of dye that would not mix with one another as to make a swirling kind of pattern in the bottles.
"I mean, this is Zoë we're talking about....she could, you know, try to kill you!" Luke tried to reason with Demilin. All he got was a "Wuss!" from her. That did the trick, though. Considering Luke was the one trying to stop a prank, challenging his pride as the pranking master, finally broke him. After that nothing could stop the duo as the poured dye after dye in her bottles.
Zoë was also very peculiar with what shampoo's and soaps she used, so there was no chance she would not use the shampoo. Luke always like the fact that she always smelt like lavenders, and today he knew why. It had quickly become his favorite scent.
Now all he had to do was wait for her colorful hair and hopefully see a sunrise again.

Eidos was shaking his head as Demi was eagerly waiting for Zoë to come out from the bathroom. Unfortunately Luke was regretting his decision. He felt like a fool for letting Demilin bait him so easily. His leg was bouncing and his fingers were tapping as he thought of writing his own obituary. Zoë would definitely make him do so.
Convincing Demi to retire was not a great idea after all, Eidos thought as he witnessed the chaos in front of him. Demilin was a great person really, but when she gets mischievous, you better run away. Even Renay knew that once she took over.
She was quite similar to Luke in the personality department. It wasn't a surprise to him when they immediately clicked. Though they both loved to prank people, their pranks were very different from each others.
Demi loved using old- school pranks which were simple yet effective but Luke o the other hand likes elaborate, and precise pranks. He would plan everything beforehand and place everything to perfection. And so this prank from Luke was a surprise to him, but he knew Zoë wouldn't let him off the hook so easily. No matter how smitten she was with him. And this was proven when a shout of pure rage was heard from upstairs.
Absolutely all the color drained from Luke's and Demi's face. Eidos guessed that Demi hadn't taken Luke's warning seriously and was scared. The situation was honestly extremely hilarious. They both could face armies and monsters without an ounce of fear and here they were shaking in their shoes as Zoë walked down the stairs.
As Zoë walked down the stairs, Luke thought she looked gorgeous. It wasn't only because of her looks, but mainly because of the way she held herself. She looked like a queen with her regal posture. Even though she walked towards him as if her were her prey, she still managed to make his heart speed up. As he looked towards her hair, he remembered what he was supposed to do. Her once beautiful dark locks were now every color possible. Locks of green, blue, purple and turquoise were pushed back to reveleal the murderous glint in her eyes. Luke did the most logical thing then.
He ran, pulling Demi behind him as her dodged the arrows aimed towards him.
They must have looked quite the sight, a huge man and a dainty woman sprinting away from another tall woman with bright, colorful hair flying behind her as she ran promising them an early death.
Well, all in a day's work!
