Redd shows up on the Island one day to Nook's surprise. While trying to prove to Nook he has changed, he struggles through his natural urges.

I refused to make a chapter on blackout Tuesday so I apologise for the lack on content on a regular day! Also I know I draw Tom weird let's not talk about it )
Redd slept beautifully that night. No stirs, tossing or turning, anything. He felt like he was in heaven and slept like it too. Lost in a dreamscape, the kitsune never wanted to wake up, but eventually he had to.
The rising sun peeked through the curtains of the room right into Redd's eyes.
Bright..
He groaned and opened his eyes just enough to look around and be alert. That's when he noticed Tom was already gone. "Huah?" He slurred out, moving the blankets around as if he was hiding under them. "Aw.." Redd whined. He wanted to wake up with him too, but he guessed Tom had to wake up really early.
Didn't even hear an alarm..
Redd sat up from the bed and rubbed the sleep from his eyes. The house seemed quiet.. Did the twins leave too?
He looked over at the nightstand beside him and Tom had left a letter for him there, so he picked it up and opened it.
You managed to sleep through 2 alarms, you're a wonder.
Tom started the letter, which made Redd chuckle.
I'll be at work, something major came up. The boys are off today though, would you mind watching them for the day? Consider that your work day. Please keep the front door locked if you leave and don't forget to have Tommy take his anxiety medication!
P.S. I made pancakes for breakfast, but you can lie and say you made them for them. Lunch is up to you though. I'll be back around 6:00pm sharp!
Redd grinned. Getting paid to spend a day with the twins and he gets free food? Easiest job he's ever worked, that's for sure. He sprung up from the bed excitedly and first checked on the boys. They were still fast asleep..
Redd smiled and carefully closed the door then went downstairs. As Tom mentioned, there sat a nice plate of pancakes that were still steaming. He already knew he couldn't lie to the twins and tell them he made them, so he just decided to set the table for whenever they woke up. Now what? He thought to himself. "Guess I just sit around until they wake up.." He mumbled to himself while walking to the couch and sitting down. Within a few minutes of television, the two twins stomped downstairs. Redd lifted his ears up and peeked over the couch to look at them. "Oh, 'mornin!"
