Chapter 03

The game went fast I don't even mind the time because my heart is happy, knowing that Zac and I were okay is a relief. However after he utter those words I had no words to say, but that wasn't awkward at all because we're now good.

My brother went to me to drink his water and change his clothes, after that he covered my eyes with his big hands. I think I need to bear with this every time they'll play because he's so conservative. After covering my eyes he went straight to his friends and gestured me to come over.

"Louisa, this is Earnest, Jack, Harry, and Chuck my friends. Guys this is my sister" he said while pointing every one of them as he mentions their names.

"Hi po, it's good to finally meet y'all," I said then Kuya Earnest offered his hands to me for a handshake but before meeting Kuya Jack's hand, Kuya peter touched his hand.

"WTF bro, stop being overprotective to her she's like my sister" Kuya Earnest said while laughing and teasing Kuya, actually they all teased Him for being protective and conservative.

They decided to go to our house for lunch because they'll be leaving for tomorrow so I think I will be staying at home the whole day. But they decided to go there before dinner I think it's 12 or earlier so that we could prepare the food and the house. But surprisingly the house is already ready for the lunch so I went upstairs to take a bath and rest.

As usual, I woke up around 4:30 to watch the beautiful sunset I didn't expect that Chuck and Zac are still there. So I walk and greeted them and excused myself, yes I was in a hurry because I want to set my mind and heart peacefully before everything else.

I was about to climb when I noticed that Zac's following me so I asked him "Where are you going? Are you following me?"

"Can I come with you?" he asked carefully.

"Yes of course you may, I'll go first okay? Just be careful because this ladder is so slippery" I replied while climbing and yes he should be really careful because I'm true to my words. But as he climbs on to it he's like a pro I could say that he used to climb on a ladder.

"Mukha kang sanay sa pag-akyat, Saan mo natutunan. Because when I first climb here using that ladder I was injured" I said while admiring his actions, I mean the way he climbs up without even complaining is something that I admired about him.

"Well, I saw how you injured yourself because of your clumsiness a year ago" he replied Oh my gosh I couldn't reply to him because of the shame I'm feeling he saw me, I can't believe this "Actually I've known you for almost a year now, but you're too snob to noticed my existence" he added and chuckled a bit.

"Oh my gosh, so you saw me cry while waiting for the help! You didn't even help me" I said in disbelief but I couldn't blame him we weren't this close last year so I will probably shout at him because of my irritation.

"See you didn't even notice that I was there beside you and I was the one who called Tito Dennis to help you" he replied I suddenly feel so guilty when he said that.

"Thank you for the help and sorry for judging you, by the way where is your house?" I asked as I change the topic.

"That one, the house beside yours," he said while pointing the huge house on the left side I can't believe this, all this day they're the one who ones that house. I think he loves surprises that much because I am beyond shocked whenever I'm with him.

"And that's my room the veranda facing yours," he said and smiled "Yes if you're asking if I saw you cry in the dark it's a yes Devi. I could always hear your sobs and all your dissatisfaction in this place" he added as my cheeks feel hot I think I'm too embarrassed because of his confession.
