"We don't have ready abortion treatment because all of them are fit for women only. Again, it's all about the fact that Seokjin-ssi's biology is absolutely different and the treatment may not work at all. Even worse, it can be harmful — random trial and error is a bad idea because abortion pills are really destructive and take a toll on the body," the doctor argued back with a sad face.

"So, how about-" Hoseok tried.

"No, I will keep it," Seokjin abruptly declared, startling both the doctors and the mafia.

"Are you crazy?" Yoongi angrily snapped, not liking the possibility of Seokjin dying at all.

"It's not like we can do it anything," Seokjin reasoned out with a sigh. "Listen, I'm not super hyped about this either. However, we don't know how any of the pills will affect me and if there is a chance that I will deliver this baby, I... I don't want to hurt it," he concluded and realized just how hard it is for him to get rid of the baby. That spelled trouble, considering how his lovers were against the idea of the baby so far. "I think I want to give it a shot, if you permit that is."

"Please, Seokjin, think this through, okay?" Namjoon insisted with a tight voice, massaging his temples as a throbbing headache broke out in his head.

"I will," Seokjin promised. "For now, can I have some privacy, please?" He whispered, not daring to look at his lovers.

"Jinnie-" Jimin tried, but he was stopped by Taehyung.

Taehyung grabbed Jimin's hand and shook his head, indicating that this conversation was over.

Once the room was emptied, Seokjin broke down in tears, because there was nothing to think about. He knew that he already made his mind, no matter how he felt that it would come as a huge disappointment to his partners.

Some members hadn't taken it well at all. On one side you had Yoongi, Namjoon, and Taehyung who argued that proceeding with whatever Seokjin was going through — because even the idea of pregnancy was not certain — was too dangerous and they encouraged the search for abortion. Then, there was the opposite side consisting of Hoseok, Jimin, and Jungkook who were advocating for the pregnancy, believing that searching for abortion is too risky itself and perhaps there was a chance for a heir, which was certainly exciting.

It was a visibly complex situation that had no 'good' path and any decision they made will would risks and worries without a doubt. There was no reality where Seokjin would come out unscathed — it was even worse in one way or worse in an another.

Since BTS was evenly split, it was up to Seokjin's decision. The members already knew what he had chosen, without asking. Seokjin's protective hands on his stomach and downcast eyes were already dead giveaways.

Yoongi, Namjoon, and Taehyung remained silent for a few days, not being able to bear to look at Seokjin as cold fear and utter desperation clouded their eyes. The only thing they saw was Seokjin on a suicide mission. Then there was that sense of hopelessness — that they couldn't do much to change Seokjin's decision — which made them choke on the very air they breathed. Meanwhile, the rest of the members cuddled and cared for Seokjin, whose mood got worse for his other half of the lovers were avoiding him.

Of course, the doctor was clearly involved, meticulously tracking changes in Seokjin. He checked his hormonal levels, pains, cravings, and anything that women usually went through. He also performed regular general tests on Seokjin — male pregnancy was full of mysteries and plenty of unknown, so he was on the lookout, especially for the unknown unknowns. At least here all mafia agreed on — they were glad to have a doctor who was dedicated to saving Seokjin as much as he could.
