Prince Kim Seokjin was a wunderkind, truly blessed and loved by Gods. He mastered all kinds of skills, ranging from witchcraft to enhanced strength, to brains that brought him to prestigious universities while he was barely entering teenage-hood. In some ways, he was the key to the ubiquitous peace, for he shared similarities with all species that existed in the all galaxies. For instance, he smelled as good werewolves, practiced magic like wizards, learnt magical strategic thinking like warlords, and wielded elements like all other elementals.

With his kind heart and unexplained intuition, he was able to solve many conflicts with civil diplomacy and as much fairness as it was feasible. Thus, it was no wonder when he became the youngest advisor in the history and attended all big meetings, sitting next to his father, the High King of the entire galactic system consisting of dozens of galaxies.

Since he was young and still learning, he was assigned 6 bodyguards who were there to protect him. They all came from different species to ensure that, as a team titled BTS, there was nothing that could defeat them.

Kim Namjoon, who lead BTS was a wizard, specializing in the old healing spells and potions that included poison too. Min Yoongi was a vampire, fast, cunning, and incredibly resistant to injuries. Jung Hoseok was a shapeshifter, with an ability to change into any living form and a few objects. Park Jimin was an angel with enviable wings and heavenly, but scary magical powers. Kim Taehyung was a warlock with a highly destructive power. Finally, there was Jeon Jungkook, who was a demon with black, leather wings that starkly contrasted with Jimin.

All were prodigies. All were completely loyal to Seokjin. All met at young age and grew together by the prince's side. All followed Seokjin — lived in the palace, padded after him to all boring meetings, ate meals with him, and even went for vacation together. They had to be all of that to be the right body guards to the favorite child of the Gods.

They were inseparable, handsome, and charismatic, so they were bound to develop feelings for each other. However, they somehow succeeded in keeping it a secret from the world. How? Who knows.

Like any other young adults, they were using their intergalactic smart phones that allowed them to communicate, even galaxies away. It has been two years since Seokjin became an adult and since then, they minimized the protection for a few reasons. For one, Seokjin became significantly powerful, mastering more and more skills that made him borderline a god, or an avatar of some sorts.

Another reason was the fact that as immediate assistants to the Prince, BTS were men who represented the Prince and the Royal Family. Since Seokjin couldn't be everywhere at the same time and many places needed help (be it in advising in funding or to resolve some environmental issues), BTS members slowly began to undertake some tasks to lift off some responsibilities from the poor Prince's wide shoulders.

Today was a special day though.

Seokjin found it ridiculous and rather funny how his body was aligned with the sun and moon cycles on his home planet, because in reality, the sun never set in a galactic system; there was always a planet somewhere, where the sun was still high up and shining brightly. Yet, here he were, about to become absolutely vulnerable, absolutely stripped of all his magical powers for the whole 12 hours on that one particular day in the year — his birthday.
