I tried to tell you
You shut me out
I tried to explain
But you had to doubt
I was already scared
But I told you anyway
But you just had to make a say
Saying that I wouldn't know
Saying that it didn't show
But oh boy were you wrong
I really am what I said
But to you it seems
You'd rather tell me I'm wrong
Then see me be happy
To be who I am.
