'WHAT?! ME?!!" I thought to myself.. but Jungkook? I widened my eyes and looked from agent 1 to 2 to 3 who were all smiling at me? "Agent 4 you have been chosen because we believe you have the potential and energy as it was you who fought alongside with Jungkook." Namjoon says startling me.. They have seriously lost their brain cells.. me and potential.. bah you must be really out of your mind to say that..
"But agent 3.. is more powerful and competent for this.. he's got more influence too.." I say in a shaky voice still not believing it.. Me getting the MOST important task... is not possible.
They smiled at me confusing me even more.. "Jennie agent 3 has agreed to this and he has the second most difficult task." Taehyung said sweetly and from the corner of my eye I saw Jungkook's smile fade away.
Jungkook:" What?! But I thought I said I didn't want any difficult tasks!! come on! I deserve a break!!"
Jungkook whined like a kid earning giggles from us. Taehyung laughed and said:
Taehyung:"Honestly,and you taunt me for being a kid."
Jungkook:"Come on Tae I just wanted a-" before he could finish Namjoon cut him off.
Namjoon:"Can we continue this later? because we have to discuss a few matters beforehand."
Nmajoon finished and Jungkook turned red flushing.
Namjoon:"Jennie for more info just ask Taehyung. Jungkook you have the second task *he raised his voice slightly because Jk was showing signs of interruption.* If you were paying attention to Tae you would know that the job is easy but it needs a persuasive person. so you just have to talk to the minister and ask some authorities."
He continued assigning the other tasks to everyone. At 9:30 he was finally done and dismissed us. I headed to Taehyung and bowed not looking him in the eye. "Really? We're supposed to go as an engaged couple and you won't even look me in the eye.." He chuckled, *Jennie exe has stopped working momentarily.*
I looked at him with my eyes wide. He laughed at my reaction.
"Your eyes are red.. get some sleep and I'll call you later to discuss the work." He smiles at me before Jihoon agent, 17 his biggest fan comes over and says "Uh.. we have to go to the Hall of justice for a second.." and takes him away.
Oh My God.. how am I going to survive this?!
