Hope for T

Prologue

"NUUUUURRRRR!!!", I scream at the top of my lungs.
"Yes", she replies so casually it burns.
"What's wrong with you?!",I say even louder.
"Nothing",she says with a shrug and continues to type away on her phone, her legs crossed along the couch in my room.
"You've just freakin' ruined my entire life, so there's definitely something wrong with you", I hiss, my strong British accent turning sideways rimmed with anger.
"O.K",this time she looks at me with a smug look on her face, then turns back to her phone screen.
Nur is my best friend and all but she REALLY pulls my strings sometimes. And I can't do a thing about it. Ugh!
"So what you're telling me is that you see no problem with you telling T that I like him. You don't just do that. I mean, you ACTUALLY told him that I like him. I never told you that I like him. Oh God! Whyyyyy?!!!That's a bit much don't you think?!".
"And I can't even deny it or I'll sound crazy", I add.
She takes me by surprise when she sits up and looks me in the eye and says, "That's that point Nadin. I don't want you to deny. I want you to man up and admit you really like him", finally saying a full sentence, almost sounding like command. She really is something else.
I pout but she doesn't seem to care. Nur. Is. Evil.
She hands me my phone. I feel like I know exactly what to do... until I unlock it an see that he's online. I look over at Nur for encouragement and Lillie is beside. I didn't even notice when she came in.
Now I'm staring at my screen uncertain what to say first. So I start off with a "hey"...and he replies almost immediately. Oh God! It's so crazy how a moment ago I was calling Nur crazy for doing this FOR me, but here I am.
I have no idea what to say to him or how to say it. My nerves are shooting and my heart feels like it's about to burst out of my chest.
I can't believe I'm actually doing this.
