(Gabby's POV)
We sat there with me crying in his arms for a couple minutes. He rubbed my back until I calmed down. When I did he picked me up bridal style, and laid me in my bed.
"We can just go get some lunch another time. And if you want we can talk about whatever is on your mind." Matt said before he took a piece of paper out of his pocket, and putting it on my night stand that was next to my bed. I just simply nodded before pulling the covers over my small figure.
He walked out my room and left the house. I picked up the paper to see it was his number. I put it in my phone and set my phone down on the night stand. I turned over and faced the window looking at the trees swaying in the wind until sleep took over my body.

I woke up and it was already dark outside. How long did I sleep. I checked the time and it was 12. I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. My eyes were puffy from crying and I had tear stains on my cheeks.
I washed my face and l left my hair in a ponytail. I went to the kitchen and to make pasta since I haven't ate all day. The pasta had chicken and spinach in it. I sat at the kitchen counter and got on my phone. My mom was at my grandma's house taking care of her because she's sick and my dad is on a out of the country business trip for a couple of months, so I have the whole house to my self.
When the pasta was fInished on the stove, I put it in a bowl and sat back down and ate it. When I was done I put the bowl in the sink and went into the living room to watch Tv.
I got bored after awhile so I decided to go back on my phone. I remember that I had Matt's number so I called. It rang 4 times. I'm so stupid. It's almost 1 in the morning why would he be awake. I was about to hang up when I heard a voice in the line.

M: "Hello?"
G: "Umm.. Hi it's Gabby"
M: "Oh hey. Why are you awake this late? "
G: "When you left I ended up sleeping through the whole day "
M: "Haha really?"
G: "Yeah haha"
M: "So what did you need?" He said sweetly
G: I'm bored and I wanted to explain why I was crying earlier so you wouldn't think I'm a freak who just burst out crying for no apparent reason
M: Oh okay
G: So do you think you can come over? I asked with hope in my voice
M: Um sure I'll be over in 5 minutes
G: Okay bye Matt
M: Bye Gab

I just stayed in what I was wearing and flipped through the channels on Tv. There was a knock on the door and I knew who it was so I opened the door. I let Matt in and we went back into the living.
"Okay so I told you I wanted you here because I wanted to explain what happened earlier." He nodded. "We just met so don't expect me to get all into details okay?" He nodded again.
"So I had this boyfriend that I thought I loved and I trusted him with my life. He promised me that he would never hurt. Not in any shape or form. He was so sweet and caring in the beginning of the relationship. When I would try to put on make up he would take it from me and tell me I didn't need it. Just like what you did today. He broke his promise along with my heart. I guess I just cared too much.And that's all I feel like I should tell you for now." I said not one tear falling from my eyes.
"I'm so sorry"Gabby he said pulling me into a hug. I tensed up at his sudden actions. I don't know why when earlier he hugged me I didn't do that. I guess because I was too busy crying. When he felt me tense up he pulled away. "Sorry" he said scratching the back of his neck.
"Can I ask you a question?" He asked. "Sure" "Where's your bathroom?" He asked lightly chuckling." Down the hall on the right". "Thanks"he said getting up.
I think I'm gonna try something new. Ever since the breakup I've been heartless. I've pushed everyone away that tried to help me. I'm going to start letting people in. Starting with Matt. If he wants to be there for me when I need someone I'll let him and I won't push him away.
