The three of them went to the house of the strange man. "Old man! He looks scary!" Tootie exclaimed.
"Since he's not here, let's explore his house." Chloe suggested. "Bad Idea. Chloe, besides you promised Wanda we wouldn't disturb him." Trixie protested.
"We're not disturbing him, he's not even at home." Tootie added. Chloe and Tootie walked away, Trixie followed them.
Tootie was amazed at the size of the place, "That's a lot of antiques for one person." Tootie said as she admired the many objects in the house. "Who is he anyway?" Chloe asked.
"I'm not sure, He's been here since last year. Once when Timmy and I were walking past, we saw him pushing a wheelbarrow full of antiques in it." Trixie told Chloe.
Tootie spotted more stuff inside his house. "There's more stuff in there." she added. Chloe looked closer and she spotted bones on the floor. "What kind of bones are those? Chloe asked."
Before one of them could answer, the old man appeared in front of them. "What are you doing here? You want me to call the police?" he asked the girls. "We were just looking." Chloe explained to the man.
"How would you feel if I poke my nose into your house?" The man asked. "I wouldn't mind really." Tootie answered before Trixie covered her mouth.
"You better leave, or you'll be very very sorry." The man growled. His threat was so serious that it scared the girls as they ran to escape his wrath.
