Y/n POV
I opened my eyes and adjusted to the light. The smell of popcorn hit me instantly, and my eyes looked around from ride to ride. He remembered my favorite place to go, always. The carnival.

Namjoon and I would mot always come to carnival whenever we were bored, since he loved the snacks, and I loved the rides. He made these our mini dates.

"You remembered..." I stated, barely audible. He chuckled, and wrapped his arms around me.

"Always. I still loved you even after the day we parted ways, y/n."

Not gonna lie, I felt tears fighting to fall down my cheeks after that.

I smiled, and turned around to hug him. He didn't hesitate to do the same. "Thank you, Joonie. For coming to me earlier and taking me here. You didn't have to."

He just laughed and kissed the top of my head. "Anything for you. Now let's go on some rides, yeah?" He asked, his dimples appearing from smiling. I smiled back, and dragged him with me over to one of the rides.

He didn't understand why, but I loved the carousel. I loved how the wind would breeze by, and being able to see the whole carnival spinning around.

"The carousel again? Geez, i don't get why you love it so much," Namjoon stated, laughing but still following behind me.

"I don't either, but to me, it's a really fun ride. Now come on, we gotta get the best seats!" I half yelled half whispered. He laughed once more, and this time, I felt my stomach do flips.

He got one of the high horses, and I took the lower one.

Not too long later, the ride operator made his whole announcement, and begun the ride. I laughed, and cheered, holding on to the gold pole in front of me.

I let the breeze hit my face, taking away any stress I had from earlier. I turned around in my seat, and was met with a smiling Namjoon. It was a kind of smile that made my mind go fuzzy, and made me feel so, so safe.

Turning back around, I felt my cheeks get hot, and a tint of pink bloom across them.

The ride ended way too quickly for my liking, but at least I got to go on it. Namjoon got off first, and I followed. He took my hand in his big ones, and headed out the exit.

"Well thay was fun," I smiled. He hummed in response and looked around.

"Any rides you want to go on?" He and I walked around for a bit, before settling for the swing ride. My 2nd favorite ride.

"I know you like this one as well, so let's go?" He chuckled, leading me through the gate before I could say anything.

As much as I was having fun, I wonder what happened with Jennie and the rest of the boys. Do they even realize we're not there with them?

He and I got into our seats and buckled up. Luckily, this ride had seats right next to each other.

"How do you remember so much about me?" I asked him. He looked over at me with a questioning look.

"Because, I still loved you even after you left me. I still wanted our memories. Are you saying you don't remember anything about me?" He chuckled, his thumb rubbing back and forth against the back of my hand.

My eyes went wide at his question. "What? No! I remember you're really clumsy, but also really smart. You love when I wear your hoodies and glasses, cause you say I look cute in the attire. You also love when I snuggle up to you, and end up falling asleep, snoring softly while you continue reading and smiling to yourself. I remember us always going out on Friday nights whenever you we're free to talk a bike rides around Seoul, and maybe even heading to the dog park to spend time with Monie and the other dogs. There's so much more I could tell you right now, but I'll save that for next time." I smiled as I studied his expression, shocked but full of love.
