Ch.51

- Leo's POV -

"Gurlll, oh no you don't," I said sassily as I rolled my head and snapped my fingers. You may think I'm just trying to be funny but this was serious, my Nintendo was in my backpack! Trust me I was not the only one acting this way, most people were panicking and cursing and Alice was just down right screaming and looked on the verge of tears.

"Everyone calm down! All of your stuff is safely in the nature center and you'll get it tomorrow, " Mrs. Raven explained in attempt to calm people down. Most of the kids were still super mad but for the most part they had calmed down... except for Alice.

"WHAT! How can you expect me to live without my 5 curling irons? I'm not a savage! That's it, I'm getting my stuff and no one can stop me!" With that she hiked her Gucci hand back onto her shoulder and started dramatically stomp/marching to the woods. She hadn't taken more than maybe 5 steps when the back of her stiletto heel sank into the mud causing her to fall on her face right into the mud.

"Ohhh, you ate it. LOL #fail!" I exclaimed. She struggled up glared at me and growled, yup she was mad.

"Whatever shorty, maybe you should come over here and put you'r face in the mud, it might help to cover up all that ugly." Alice spat. Ouch, that hurt but I'll deal, I mean I've had enough people insult me to realize that I shouldn't care what those kind of people think, but Calypso was a lot more mad than me.

"Don't you dare talk to my boyfriend like that! For your information Leo is a lot cuter than your boyfriend, but wait you don't have a boyfriend because your to busy chasing after a guy who will NEVER like you back, oh and by the way the only one who needs to cover up their face is you, but you don't need the mud because you'r horrible makeup does the job." Calypso shouted obviously enraged.

"Whatever," Alice said who was to shocked to come up with an actual response. Then she snapped her fingers and spun around, big mistake. She once again slipped in the same puddle of thick mud. Calypso seeing that there was nothing else she could do turned towards me and started striding over. Her face was red from fury and her hands were still shaking from adrenaline. I was stunned, I had never seen her like this and I hadn't expected her to stand up for me like that. As she reached me she exasperatedly she said,

"Sorry I just... GodsI just want to slap her so bad!" I took her shaking hands in mine and replied jokingly,

"It's alright just think happy thoughts you know flowers, rainbows, chicken nuggets." She laughed and muttered "shut up". Then she did something that I didn't expect. She wrapped her arm around my neck drawing closer to me, intertwined her fingers into my hair and kissed me.

"I'll always defend you," she murmured and walked away to her group were the girls were already standing in a circle planning what they'll do to set up there camps. I decided that I should probably do the same and walked over to where my group was. Percy clapped me on the back and said,

"Dude sorry bout' Alice but it seemed like Calypso had that covered," Percy said.

"Oh thanks, but it's fine," I replied. "So what's going to be our game plan for setting up camp?" I asked.

"Are you kidding me, obviously every man for himself. Later suckers!" Nico announced as he walked away. I wasn't
Worried about him, I mean that guy could probably survive for months on a single granola bar.

"Well where does that leave the rest of us?" Jason asked.

"I dunno," all of us muttered and without really meaning to we all drifted apart. I guess no one was really willing to try and lead when they had no idea what they were doing. I guess that just leaves me... don't laugh I'm being serious! I wonder how the girls are doing.

Heyyy, so I'm on winter break and I'll have more time to update and I'm trying to make up for the lack of updates while my Ipod was broken. So I have more than 50 chapters, and I feel like the story is getting pretty long, but don't worry even though maybe some of you are getting tired of how long I will obviously keep writing because I love it and the story is not done yet! This is a long authors not so let's just cut to the chase, if you like the ch. please...
