When Podd opened his refrigerator, his eyes stumbled onto the ripe, tempting grapes that stored inside a Tupperware container. Something strangely fond flickered briefly in his eyes as if he had recalling something dearest to him.

Instead of grabbing them, he opted for a 1.5L bottle of half-filled orange juice and silently closed the door. His heart contorted with longing ache that had blossomed since morning and expanded gradually like how the way a balloon has blown up.

Podd did his night routine absent-mindedly, he, himself had trapped inside a pensive moment that was endless.

After tucking himself in his bed, Podd never know that his iPhone could be so appealing in his eyes after two years utilizing it in so many ways. Anytime, or at this moment, with his adept fingers, he could text Gawin in 10 seconds with just a simple 'Hi, how're you?' subtly asking his day and already imagining himself doing so to the point that they would probably texting to each other until late midnight.

However, thinking back that they had met yesterday, Podd's imagination immediately burst off and he helplessly forcing himself to his slumber.

Podd forgot how he could survive during the weekends without attempting of messaging Gawin when he was sitting stiffly against the typical black, cushioned office chair, his back straightened along with his shoulders' muscles straining his impeccably white dress shirt among the other, familiar employees in a meeting on Monday's morning.

Needless to say, attending a meeting still slightly agitated Podd and he knew there were others in the room facing the same circumstance.

"Thank god the meeting is over." Eric dramatically sighed the moment they bustled together out of the meeting room.

"I couldn't breathe naturally when every time Mr Lee swipes his infamous, grim gaze on me like I have convicted a fraud or embezzlement in his company or,"

"You have slept with his wife." Podd murmured, finishing off the sentence without looking at his colleague as he simply exchanged a few small smiles to others. Just small upticks of the corners of his lips.

"Shit, don't blurted out something that will end up our careers here, Podd." Eric stressed out, stopping on his heels with hardened eyes.

"Eric, it was just a suggestion of an idea and I was joking." Podd quirked a grin and patted his back softly, trying to calm his sudden, panicky friend.

"I know, but sometimes you didn't realize that you have crossed over something to the point of being extreme ...." Eric informed while they waited in front of the lift with a few, other employees.

Eric silently nudged Podd's shoulder with his eyes flickered for a second at a lady in plain, white blouse and scarlet pleated midi skirt at their front. Her silky, shoulder-length hair cascaded smoothly on her neck and back. Unexpectedly, she glanced over at Podd from her shoulder fleetingly before facing her head back to the front and tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.

Eric stole a few glances at his colleague beside him and snorted when there was no reaction coming from Podd.

"I knew it she is interested in you Podd." Eric declared, following Podd to his office room. "She used to steal glances and would always seat across you during the meetings." "I think you both would definitely make a great pair."
