*Bethany's Pov*
I planned on leaving California..... Yes, I'm leaving California. Why? Because, I personally think Calif has been a place that I've always loved... But it has been also a place full of problems and heart-breaks for me.... I wanted to move out and go to New York, for now. Of course I will get permission from my parents and Briddy.
"Cam... I... I'm sure about this... I'm willing to move to New York. I wanna start fresh."
"I'll.... I'll come with you! I want to support whatever your plans are... Just let me." He demanded.
"A-are you sure?! I mean.... You're willing to do that just for me?"
"Y-yeah.... I am!"
The whole squad, including me, slept over in the resort. I phoned Briddy and mom.. I told them about my choice and my plans.... I told mom about what happened between me and Connor... I was happy that mom and Briddy understood my plans and choice. Mom understood my wanting so she let me move to New York. She agreed with my decision since I'm old enough and she wanted me to be okay and to forget about California's bad memories to me.... I was deciding to move to New York after Christmas so I can still celebrate with my family.
"Beth... Why aren't you sleeping?" Maggie and Mahogany asked.
"B-because... I just finished talking to Mom and Briddy.."
"Did they let you? Please tell me they did!" Maggie said.
"They did.... I'm happy bout' it... But I don't want to leave them."
"You can take them with you!" Mahogany requested.
"Y-yeah.. But I guess this is my own adventure to find my self...."
*Connor's Pov*
The doctor finalized that Mere can finally get out of the hospital and move in with me. But I have to ask her first since she might be un-comfortable with my decisions.
"If you want... You can stay at my place?" I asked her.
"Um... I guess I'll be more comfy with that!" She smiled.
"A-are you sure? I mean..."
"Yes Con... I meant Bee! I'm sure. Plus I know I can trust you."
"Lawl... Even though you barely know the guy..." Kian whispered.
"What was that?" Meredith asked.
"Oh, nothing... It's just weird that Connor is like a stranger to you.."
"Well, no he's not... Because I know my heart recognizes him."
Suddenly a text echoed into my phone.
"Bruh, did you know Bethany's moving out of Calif? She's moving to New York... Don't tell me you're going to stop the girl." Taylor texted.
"She is?! Dude, I NEED TO..... I KNOW I SAID I'M MOVING ON BUT.... But I love her and it's getting worse." I texted back.
"Mr. Franta? I don't sound to be rude but, can you get off the phone and help us get through Mere's medications?" The doctor demanded.
"S-sorry..."
*Cameron's Pov
Me and Beth'll be moving to New York on December 26th..... I know we're not dating or nothing but I will support Bethany till the end and she knows I will.
"Cam, is Sierra going to meet us at the airport?" Beth asked.
"Yes... Oh and Carter and Nash wanted to come. Is it okay?"
"Oh yeah! I mean is Maggie coming? I'm totes okay if she does... The more the merrier."
"Good, because I want to make you happier...." I hugged her.
She awkwardly pushed off.
"Oh sorry... I just don't feel comfortable." She began packing again.
"Beth.... Why won't you move on?"
"Because.... I just can't. And no one can force me to... Once I get to New York.... I'll forget Connor."
"Hm... That's the real BETHANY MOTA." I laughed.
*Bethany's Pov*
I went home and hung out with my family. We had our little annual farewell party, but with only a few, few friends including Sadie, Janel and Magcon with Maggie. I was really glad not alot of people came since I don't want it to bean intriguing thing.
"Beth... We'll visit everyyyy year! Okay?" Momma cried.
"Mom! Of course! Every year, okay?.... I promise you I'll be a good, responsible girl."
"Awwww. You better be!!" She joked. "You're my nineteen year old girl, I'm letting you adventure you're own world."
The whole party passed by and it was a decent party.... I wasn't used to having a party without Connor but once again.... I'm trying to move on here.
"Beth, see you at the airport! I'll be waiting!" Carter hooked his hands around Maggie.
"Bye guys! See ya there!" I waved at them.
"Bye Beth! Make sure you send me a gift!" Cameron laughed.
"I will. Byeeee!... Oh and six a.m at the airport, kay?" I reminded.
"I'll be there!"
I can't believe it... A day from tomorrow, it'll be the day I move to New York with just few friends and no family. I mean it will be something I'd prepare to do, but I think I'm ready.
:At the Airport:
Gosh, I can't believe it! This is the day I will be leaving. I was really nervous but yet, excited!
"Beth!! Hey babeeeee!" Maggie ran and hugged me.
"Omg! I'm soooo excited and nervous! God, please help ussss!" I squealed.
"Beth! Mags! Is the others here?" Cameron asked from distance.
"Yeah! They're just buying drinks!" Maggie replied.
"Guys... I'll just go to the washroom... I-I'll be back!" I said.
I went to the washroom... Thinking I'll be okay.... But no. Once I got in the stall, I burst out into tears.... I just remembered Connor and I was hoping he would say goodbye.... But he didn't. I shouldn't be hurt, but I am. I shouldn't be expecting that jerk, but I am.
