*Bethany's Pov*
I woke up, still feeling stupid about my response to Connor's question.
I heard a sudden call of my name downstairs.
"BETH!". Briddy yelled out.
"Whaaaat?!". I responded.
"Kian's here!". She yelled back.
At first, I had no idea why he was here.... Maybe I did have an idea why....
I ran downstairs, not insecure with my look.
"Hey! Good morning!". Kian said with joy.
"Oh. Hey!". I responded.
"Do you.. Wanna go to the new Halloween Fair, downtown?". Kian asked.
"Oh. Uh. I can't! I'm so soooorry!". I apologized.
"Nah. it's okay! Maybe next time?". He asked again.
"Of course! There's always a next time!". I said.
*Kian leaves*
"Hey. Why did you refuse to his offer?". Briddy asked.
"Well.. I'm going somewhere." I replied.
"Hmm. Somewhere? With who?". She continuously asked me.
"I'm meeting Con later!". I replied, again.
"Oooh! Connor! I like him for you!". She joked.
"Whatever Briddy!". I laughed.
I ate my breakfast, and after I showered.
I decided to be all classy and girly for today.
I picked a floral kimono with a white tank top. I grabbed my high waisted, light washed jeans. For shoes I wore my white hightop Converse. For my hair, I just did a messy braid.
I texted Connor saying "Hey! Con, are you there already?".
He suddenly texted back.
"Yup! You said be there, so I am!". He replied.
I felt like he wasn't mad anymore. That made my feeling more lighter!
I arrived at the South Moore Mall. I parked close to where Aero's store was.
I ran excitedly, since I wanted to see Connor!
"Beth!! You're finally here!". He shouted greeting me at the door.
"How'd you know I was going to this door?". I said with a laugh.
"Because you caught my attention." He said with a huge smile.
I literally almost giggled because of the amount of romance I have rolling through my head and my stomach.
"Aw! You're such a good joker!". I finally let my giggle out.
"Well you're such a cutie!". He followed with a light hug.
I didn't know why he hugged me. All I know is, this will be the best day I'll have so far.
We went to A&W, to eat and we decided to go to the new Halloween Fair everyone is talking about.
"Promise me, you won't be a puss when we get to go to the rides!". He laughed.
"Me? A puss? Pshhh. No! Unless you are!". I laughed back.
"Maybe I am! Hahaha". He joked.
"Well. What are you waiting for?! Come on!". I yelled.
I pulled him to the first ride I saw.. It was the "Screamer". It was a roller coaster, going through scary stations. I wanted to show Con, I wasn't a puss at all.
"Here! The Screamer! Let's line up here!". I suggested.
"Hmm. Get ready to be a puss!". He joked one more.
"I'm not a puss!". I yelled out.
"Okay. Okay. I'll stop the joking!". He said.
"Good, Mr. Franta! Now line up!". I commanded.
