Ignorance Part 1 (Prinxiety)

Roman's POV

I don't know what everyone's problem is. Yeah I make fun of Virgil a little more than everyone else. But they are acting like I mean any of it. Virgil has said time and time again that he couldn't care less. Like I said during movie night, this is how I show my love. I just so happen to love Virgil a little more. Its gotten so annoying that even Remus is getting onto me. Like what. He literally bashed me over the head and yet he can talk to me about treating people nicer.

Okay I will admit that Virgil seems pretty distant. He is staying in his room a lot more and not eating as much. Maybe I should go check on him. I go up to Virgil's black and purple door and give it 3 rhythmic knocks. "...Im busy." a small voice calls out. It sounds muffled and strained. "Virgil I need to talk to you." I hear some movement and see a messy haired boy come out. "..what are you doing here, Roman."

"You seemed kinda..depressed lately so i decided to save the damsel in distress." I try to use an uplifting tone to make things seem better than they are but we both know something is up. "I don't need to be saved I just need to be alone." I can sense the pain in the emo boy's voice. Virgil was about to close the door but Roman dramatically pushed it open. "I know you don't like my jokes. I just need to hear you say it." Virgil's eyes went wide for a second but then he tried to go back to seeming tired and unbothered. The anxious side was about to speak but instead I see none other than my lesser half. Remus comes up the stairs already seeming pissed. "Romano can you not take a hint. Leave the guy alone and search for validation some where else." I guess he wanted to get some hits in, we can go at this all day. "Says you, I don't have to act demented just to get people to listen to me." Shit. I instantly regret what I said. Thats a sensitive topic that I should of never brought up. "Remus, Im so-"

"Save it." Remus hissed. Virgil was just a witness to this hell fight." Remus is about to say something he has no regrets saying."

"Maybe Vigil would rather not be degraded by you because he likes you! Hell, maybe even loves you! You ever thought of that!" Remus said, fuming at his brother's ignorance. Virgil instantly shut his door locking it, wanting this to just end. "And how would you know this kind of stuff, its not like you guys talk anymore." This pushed Remus over the edge. "YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS RIGHT NOW! HOW ABOUT YOU SWALLOW YOUR EGO AND REALIZE THAT YOU ARE WRONG FOR ONCE! YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY HE EVEN CARES ABOUT YOU!" Remus was panting heavily from his outburst. He scoffed and turned to walk away. Before he left he stopped in his tracks and spoke. "Me and Virgil are still very close. And he talks about you every day. All he hopes is for you to think the same thing." And with that Remus left. I stayed in place with tears threatening to fall from my eyes. "am i that stupid."
