6. Ann

Last Chapter: I took his hand into mine. "It's okay, Damien. I believe you." He nodded and looked me in the eyes. His eyes seemed more calm, than before. "I got to go find Allie. See you guys later." I left the two boys alone.

Narrator pov.

This is going to be a quick and simple chapter. Why?, You ask? Because this chapter is only going to focus on one character, Ann Thorn. Ann may seem like she's all that, but she's really not. Deep inside she's a hateful woman. Richard doesn't see it because he's blinded by love, as a lot relationships seem to be. Ann hates The Neff sisters, she only took them in because of their fortune their father left behind. That's also the same reason she got together with Richard. Because he was a rich man, who owned a big company.

Richard had a wife before Ann her name was, Mary. Richard and Mary shared a real love together. Mary is also Mark's real mother, but sadly just a couple of years after he was born she died in a tragic "accident." Ann came along soon after and Richard fell instantly in love with her. He was so in love he couldn't see the bad side of Ann and all she hid within her. . . .

I walked around my room, pondering. I hated them. I hated The Neff sisters. I didn't like them being with Damien and Mark. The only reason I took them in was because of their fortune. Besides us, The Neff's were one of the richest families here. I despised them. Let's just say I have some plans for them in the future. Some very big plans. . .
