~Steven's POV~
As I ate, Spinel laughed at the tv and I was enjoying her company until my phone rang "Shit it's Pearl" I said, "I'll be quiet Universe~" Spinel played, "STEVEN QUARTZ UNIVERSE" Pearl screamed. My face went pale she only used my full name if something was wrong "W-What's wrong?" I asked, "Don't play dumb, Steven break up with her" She said. My face went pale, "I-I uh have to go" I told Spinel, "Are you okay?" She asked, "Yeah I'll be right back" I said.
"WHAT?" I ran in the house screaming at Pearl, "You fucking heard me! Break up with her" Pearl said wiping down the counter "No" I said crossing my arms, "What?" Pearl said, "I said no!" I screamed, "Steven if you don't break up with her I will kick you out of this house, Text your "friends" that you hate them and will cut you off" Pearl said standing straight. I stopped talking and felt tears in my eyes "Do it now or I will cut you off forever" Pearl said, "Now aren't you going a little far?" Garnet asked, "I AM DOING WHAT'S BEST FOR HIM" Pearl screamed. I started to shake and my hearing was muffled "Steven do it NOW" Pearl shouted which broke me from my trance. I walked outside and went to her house.
~Spinel's POV~
I spun around my house, Maybe this was how love felt? I haven't felt that feeling in so long! ding dong I ran to the door seeing Steven there "Hey Steven" I laughed, but I stopped seeing tears "Woah what happened?" I asked, I grabbed his arm but he ripped it away from me, "Spinel, We have to break up" He said. When he said those words it felt like my heart broke into a million pieces. "W-What? B-But I-I thought everything was going great? D-DID I DO SOMETHING?" I screamed, Tears fell down my face "I-I'm so sorry" He said then he closed my door and got back into his car. I put my back against the door and started to cry.

~Steven's POV~
It's been a week ever since I broke up with Spinel. I had no motivation to do anything, I was visited by my friends but I never talked. "Steven you should really get in the shower and stuff, You stink" Garnet said. I didn't say anything but I decided I should shower.
~Spinel's POV~
"Honey, Please get dressed" Blue said kissing my forehead. I wiped my eyes and walked to my bathroom. I brushed my teeth but this time I couldn't even cry I was just numb. I showered and put on a black sweatshirt.
~Steven's POV~
As I showered I felt the warm water it felt like a hug it felt good, But I started crying directly after. Once I got out I put on my regular clothes but realized I forgot my jacket at Spinel's house, I didn't want to look at her so I just put on my red sweatshirt and put on my hoodie.
"Good morning Steven" Garnet said rubbing my back, "I made you a "I'm so sorry" breakfast" She said putting down pancakes, eggs, and bacon. I shook my head to say thank you but just stared at my food "Steven you haven't eaten all week please eat" Garnet said giving me some water. I was hungry so I decided to just eat the eggs, "Steven! I have someone new for you!" Pearl chimed, I rolled my eyes and looked down "Pearl can't you give him some time? He just broke up with someone" Garnet snapped, "Oh she never really liked him and he knows that! Now if you don't go on this date I will kick you out of this house" Pearl snapped back. "W-Who" I coughed realizing I haven't talked for a whole week "Who is it?" I finally got it out, "You'll love this! Maddie Rodriguez" Pearl said smiling at me.
