PREVIOUSLY ON NINJAGO- Misako figures out a way to stop the clock, the Helmet of Darkness must be returned to the Clock. Lila is skeptical, but they go through with the plan anyway. Her and Lloyd spend some more time together before going to save the ninja. After rescuing them, they rush to the clock. They manage to find the helmet's spot, but fail to beat time and the Horns of Destruction sounds across the island. They make to escape, but Nya is left behind in the clutches of the Stone Warriors.

After the ninja and Lloyd, Lila swirls in with her black Spinjitzu with her hood on and jumps in the air, flapping her wings and hovering. She clenches and opens her hands, her arms swirled with black and purple magic, in her left hand are droplets of water, small stones and lighting. In her left are shards of ice, balls of fire, and swirls of wind. She grins and tosses off her hood, her purple eyes glowing. After Nya and Wu are finished and everyone is together Lila is sitting with Wu in the front, Lloyd behind her resting one arm on her head. She glares at Lloyd while he smirks then she sticks her tongue out at the camera and winks, going back to smiling along with Lloyd before it goes into the episode.

   "Lila please-" "No. Spin. Looking over your children and allowing myself to be caught by them is one thing, killing my family is another. Killing OUR family is another. They're peaceful, they live in that temple with no wish to harm us! I will not hear of it. Make a move against them, you make a move against me." I spread my feet in a defensive position, clenching my fists and glaring at my brother.

   He studies me for a moment, looking past me into the Temple, and then nods. I relax as he backs off and we walk away in silence, fifty years of being kept in that Temple now behind me. A flash of purple light, and an evil laugh. The purple turns to gold and the laugh turns to a cackle.

   I stumble back and scream as my brother is ripped away from me, the golden light enveloping him as he smiles sadly over at me, his face aged beyond the count of years. The light stops and I'm falling, falling into the black pit. Whispers and mocking laughter follows me, I squeeze my eyes shut and try to ignore them.

   They're so loud, so loud. They cackle and shriek and whisper all my fears, all my weaknesses, all my regrets. A pain like I never felt before rips through me and I scream.

   I choke back a shriek, rocketing up and rubbing my face again. The third nightmare already. I swing my feet down and pull on my boots, scrambling to find the Ninja. I stumble onto the deck of the bounty, seeing the ninja and Wu talking. I'm hit with the clear empty spot where Nya, oh Nya, should be.

   "Stop arguing. I does more harm than good. I need my powers if I'm to destroy my creation." I cringe at the use of both those words in that sentence, the Ninja turning to look at me and falling silent. Wu looks me over and frowns, though I wave him off. Not the time.

   "Lila is correct. Lloyd, your focus gives strength to invoking the Power of the Golden Dragon. You cannot lose faith now. Everything rests on your and Lila's shoulders." We start walking, soon were on the sand of the beach and the breeze pulls wisps of my hair back and forth.

   "But, sensei, you saw what happened when I tried to face my father. I...froze. I can't fight him." Lloyd cries and I put a gentle hand on his shoulder.

   "Lloyd, you have to. Just like I had to fight my brother, and Wu had to fight his, and how my mother fought my father. It's written in the scrolls, in the very tapestry of destiny by fate herself. You cannot avoid it, you can only meet it head on. If it's any consolation, Garmadon doesn't want to fight either." I smile at him and he nods, Misako coming up on his other side.
