Me and my herd staggered, but fluently going down the hill as we saw Waiting Eagle; I nickered in greeting, Waiting Eagle got up, eating a wild boar body part with spotted trout, a Indian of his tribe; Spotted Trout had red, yellow, and black spots all over his cheeks. Spotted Trout and Waiting Eagle both got up,
"Greetings young one." He patted my nose generously.
Blossom stayed in,the back with Dakota and Faith, Firefly trotted up in warm greetings, Dreamcatcher came right up prancing and dancing his coat shining in the sun as Spotted trout laughed.
Trooper got jealous; so, like always, he strutted up his black coat and fluffy tail in the air, his ears pricked up, his nostrils flaring, he finally stopped in front of dreamcatcher, Dreamcatcher was baffled in his appearance in front of him, making dreamcatcher embarrassed at troopers performance,
waiting eagle patted both of their withers, "Alright Alright you two, enough showing off." He said chuckling.
I shook my tail, the flies where trying to get at me again. "I will get the vinegar." Spotted trout said.
Vinegar? I hated vinegar!I bearer my ground, waiting for the wooden bowl of foul smelling liquid appear in spotted trouts hands.
And, the bowl appeared... The horridness was about to get well... Smelly.
He dunked two fingers in the bowl, and just rubbed it all over his hands, his hand where dripong of the smell now. I didn't want to get this horrible smell on me!
I stomped my hoof, my ears back.
"Do you want those pesky flies hatching baby's in your tail and mane?" He said questioning me sternly
Well no. Of course I didn't want to flies to do that."Then let me do this." He sighed moving down to my tail.
Dakota and blossom now felt comfy around the two Indians of the tribe and came up.
Waiting eagle slowly grabbed a apple out of his satchel.
Dakota stepped back her ears flat.
"Its okay... Its okay..." Waiting eagle whispered.
He held out his hand as dakota took it.
How many apples did that guy have in his satchel?Blossom looked at him curiously, as she got a little closer.
Spotted trout moved on to fireflyd coat. Firefly did not budge even though the foul smell got stronger.
Trooper came up to Waiting Eagle to see if he had any more apples. I had to admit, trooper was a little stubborn. Waiting eagle laughed spooking dakota and dreamcatcher a little.
Waiting eagle grabbed a oddly shaped apple slice out of his satchel again and gave it to trooper. This time tossing it on the ground.
Waiting eagle went to a giant tent, I tried to follow him but he told me to stay. So; I did.
Then he grabbed the worst. It was called the bit. He didn't even introduce me to it. It had my name carved into a small metal plaque. "Young one" I have had this Ben put in my mouth once and for a short time, By of course waiting eagle. I chomped on the metal part of the bit in my mouth because I got bored. "Tango. This is a saddle pad." A saddle pad huh?
He put it on my back, and then spotted trout gave him another leather seat. "This is a Saddle." Saddle? This is the thing I saw on the tamed horses.
Okay then. Firefly nibbled on the old saddle that was being put on me. "No no little one." Waiting eagle said calmly
Waiting eagle frequently called firefly different names. All the sudden I felt a hoist of weight on top of me. And the same red rope around me as before. Waiting eagle pushed in my stomach. I saw these signals with the women in the coats. So, I cantered back up the hill as my herd followed. Waiting eagle patted my neck. I could see Spotted trout managed to get himself on dreamcatcher. Dreamcatcher was pretty big and muscular. But was still jittery.
It was almost sunset; we were ontop of the hill, we were just black outlines from the bottom of the hill. The herd grazed as I kept my head up to see if there was any danger ahead.
Dreamcatcher was by faith, grazing by her. It was a perfect memory
***next day***
The saddle pad feel was no longer on me. I was free at last. I rolled in the grass. My russet and white coat now tinted brown by the dirt. I felt amazing after that. And then blossom did it. Like father like daughter I guess.

"I don't know!" I replied
reason why she's called faith ...
The herd cantered behind me in distress; Dakota caught up "what's this damsel and distress about?" She said her nostrils flaring.
"Gone!-- I don't know where he went... Dakota I'm worried."
Dakota Nuzzled me as I saw firefly in full gallop in front of me. He was going down to the Indians. I looked at dakota "keep the herd here. Tell faith to come with me and firefly."
She nodded
"I love you, Dakota."
"Love you too. Now go! Find dreamcatcher."
I nodded as I galloped away slowing down at some parts for faith. Faith silently followed me. Me and faith got down to the Indians, dream catcher and spotted trout were on top of the hill. The same red lead rope on of him. Firefly bowed thanking spotted trout.
Once firefly and dream catcher were with us, faith and firefly went into a full lecture for dream catcher. Oh how I loved lectures. Ha, sucks for them I told them off.
"Enough! This is nonsense!""Tango! We are lecturing dream catcher here! Leave us alone!" Faith spat at me noticing after that she overstepped her boundaries,
"No I will not! The whole herd is tired of it!"
Firefly looked at me as the 'what are your doing? Seriously?' Look.
"Dream catcher- you will be in the back of the herd, go now." I glared at him.
"Yes tango..." He sighed
After the intense conversation; the herd carried along with their night, with sleeping, I didn't feel okay that night so I stayed awake. I herd some rustling, only rabbits right? I saw two bright eyes, matted fur shone through the moons light...
