Gabby hasn't left the hospital in three days. Turns out Emilia had an allergic reaction to the sedative and she went into anaphylaxis. It wasn't in her charts as she had never had that drug before and we didn't push medical negligence charges, so everything worked out fine. I went home to get Gabby some clothes, and I picked up Emilia some of Gabby's old clothes. I also decided to pick up Emilia some flowers. I decided to pick Emilia some rainbow roses, cause I know she loves bright colours.

GABBY'S POV
After telling Maggie about Emilia's fever, I went back into her room. I walked in to find her going blue.
"Help! Help! I need some help in here!" I yelled as I checked for a pulse. When I didn't find one, I hit the code blue button.
MAGGIE'S POV
"Code Blue, Room 4. Code Blue, Room 4" As soon as I heard my mind started racing. It was Emilia.
"Natalie, Will, April, Doris, Monique, Room 4!" I shouted as they ran into Room 4.
GABBY'S POV
As the doctors came flooding in, I felt myself swept into a bear hug from behind me. I turn around to see Matt holding on to me for dear life.
"Gabby, let's go to the waiting room. Let them help her" He said, as he dragged me away reluctantly.
As we walked to the waiting room, I cried into Matt's shoulder.
"She has to make it, she's my best friend" I whispered between sobs.
When we got to the waiting room, all of 51 and the 21st district was there with some sort of gift for Emilia, expecting to see her. When they saw my expression of sadness I got swept away into a corner by Kim Burgess, Erin Lindsay, and Brett. They sat while I cried just holding me and telling me everything would be alright.
