we were still at the beach and currently i was being chased by devin. we were laughing until he finally caught me. he picked me up which caused me to wrap my legs around him.

he then ran into the water and took us underwater. we laughed and i held onto him still. my legs were wrapped around his waist and his were on my waist.

"your beautiful sawyer." he said gently.

"thank you devin." i said laughing softly. we were about to have a moment when daniel screamed.

"guys it's time for the bonfire!" he yelled at us causing both of us to groan. we walked up there and they had it set up.

"come sit with me sawyer." daniel said patting his lap.

"um okay." i sat on him and played with the hair on the back of his neck.

"why are you doing this?" he whispered in my ear.

"doing what?" i asked confused.

"making me jealous. being all over devin." he said.

"i'm sorry but i mean you leaving this morning right after what happened kinda showed me you didn't want much to do with me." i said alittle upset.

"i left because i had to go home." he said.

"why?" i said bluntly.

"because what if you regretted it. and you told me to leave and didn't want this. want us." he said raising his voice a bit.

"why would i not want us? we said we would take things slow but we're still eachothers." i said alittle angry.

"you just didn't seem into it." he said shrugging.

"hey leah, do you have a ride home?" i asked.

"yes why?" she asked.

"cause i'm gonna go." i said. i hugged her bye and i hugged devin bye. i shot daniel an angry look and left. i grabbed my stuff and left.

once i got to my apartment i got into the shower and washed my body and hair. i then changed into some shorts and a t-shirt and sat in my living room.

i made some tea and called it good. i just watched tv until i heard my door open.

"why'd you leave." daniel asked shutting the door and coming over to me.

"cause i didn't wanna be there." i said.

"i could've came with you." he said softly.

"i'm mad at you." i said looking down.

"why?"

"because you think i'd forget about us. what we said. that i don't want us. but i do." i said obviously upset.

"i'm sorry princess." he kissed my head and picked me up to take me to bed. we laid in bed and soon fell asleep after talking things through.

y'all i'm sorry for this chapter i've got nothing to write rn and i'm doing school so i've been all over the place with stuff
