seven

i woke up to no one by my side. daniel must've went home. i walked into my bathroom and did my business and then went downstairs.

i decided to grab a water and order some breakfast. i look at the time to see it was 10, which isn't so bad.

i ordered a breakfast burrito and hash browns and let me tell you i was excited. once the food got here i ate it very quickly and decided to get ready.

i went back upstairs and turned on my shower and speaker. i hopped in the shower and started dancing to whatever song was on and sang to it.

i always wanted to have a career in music but i didn't feel good enough. maybe one day. i continued washing my hair and body and then got out.

i blow dried my hair and put on a tiny bit of makeup. i changed into a gray sweatshirt, black ripped jeans, and converse with red hearts on them.

i put on my rings and decided to call leah to come over.

"hey leah!" i said.

"hii sawyerrr!" she said extending it.

"wanna come over and hang out?"

"yes i'm on my way." she laughed.

leah was my only close friend that wasn't my sister, daniel, or nora. she was always there for me and it meant a lot.

after cleaning up the house a bit i decided to text daniel since he disappeared this morning with out a word.

i had to go home.

im not. also can i come
over tonight?

not today. leahs gonna
be over all day and nic
is staying the night.

right as i sent that i got a text from nic saying she couldn't make it. great.

DANIEL 🥰
whatever.

i got frustrated and closed my phone. i soon heard a knock on the door and it revealed leah.

"omg leah i missed you!" i said smiling.

"i missed you to s." she smiled at me.

"we should go have like a beach day or something." i said.

"omg yes! we can invite everyone, and i can invite someone special for you." she said winking at me.

"haha um okay, i'll call up daniel, nic, and nora, and you call up that boy and amelie. who even is this kid anyways?" i asked.

"it's charlis kid ! devin johnson !" she exclaimed.

"i've never met him yet i've known charli my whole life." we called up everyone and they all agreed. we changed into our bikinis and brought a bag full of clothes for when it gets cold.

we decided to have a bonfire there as well so we're spending a long time down there. i changed into a cheetah print bathing suit and leah wore a neon green and white bathing suit.

we got in my car and started our way to the beach. we jammed out to the 'jackboys' album and soon arrived seeing everyone set up in our spot.

when we walked up i saw an unfamiliar face. who might i say was very attractive.

i went and hugged nicolette and nora and hugged daniel. i turned to go talk to devin when daniel pulled me in by my waist.

"what are you doing daniel?" i asked.

"holding my girl." he said a little upset.

"okay that's great but i'm gonna introduce myself," i peeled his hands off of me, " tell me when you hold onto your girl." i said and walked off.

yes i was still upset with him. and i knew nothing would happen between us because he doesn't act very interested.

but i'm gonna not think about that right now and enjoy today.

"well hello devin." i said smiling.

"hello beautiful. you must be the famous sawyer?" he asked chuckling.

"i sure am." i said smiling.
