Chapter 7 ~ Crunch time

Mackenzie's POV

After that hunk of a handsome man stormed off I knew I won out little fight. Xavier was a close friend and we always got up to mischief but he was GAY! I eventually got tired of dancing and dragged xavi out of the club into my Porsche and sped off. Blaring music and a drunk Xavier was all my mind could process. As I tried to focus on the road I couldn't help but laugh at Xaviers drunk singing. But that all came to an end very fast, I slammed my foot against the break and my eyes widened at the tall man walking across the road.. I was about the scream my head off but he was wounded and I didn't even notice my headlights were off! I recognized this man!!! It was Scott's second in command. I was ruthless and had no mercy but this man was bleeding out so fast he was going to die and I had alittle good in me left to help him out. He didn't even resist but got into my car and clutched his arm. He was shot..not that big of a deal but still. I drove as fast as lightning to my house. Xavier helped him out of the car while I rushed upstairs to get a first aid kit.

When I came back down he was sitting on the couch, I gently cleaned his wound, removed the bullet and stitched it up. He thanked me and said he would be heading off, just as he opened the front door I saw a matte black Lamborghini pull up. HOW DID IT GET THROUGH!!! And then it hit me I was toooo focused on this man I forgot to press lock on the keypad. I really need to pay more attention. Back to the story. And guess who got out of the car.. SCOTT! Out of all people it had to be him, he came storming towards me and stood right in front of me and I just smirked. He started yelling at me and next things grabs my throat. At this point I couldn't care less( my training was paying off). Best way to handle this was the bet into his head, I bit my lower lip and whispered if you wanted to choke me we could do it in my bed. His eyes widened and I knew I was getting somewhere. My final strategy.. I let out a soft moan and said "ughh I love it when you choke me papi" he instantly let go and fiddled with his belt😏
