We had decided to have the party tonight, giving everyone the day to find gifts for everyone and since I had done all of my shopping earlier in the week, I stayed behind to decorate. Now... I had gotten a list of everybody's favorite colors, consisting of multiple shades of green, blue, purples, and yellow. Now.. Those colors don't seem to go well together.. But that's perfect!

I had bought all sorts of yellow flowers while the others were out so that I could set them up in visually pleasing vases that had all sorts of odd shapes, patterns and weird vintage styles to them to "spice up" the look of the flowers. I hung some maroon tinted string lights in very random places and put a blue table sheet over the coffee table. It had almost every shade of blue possible on it so that it wouldn't be boring and plain. I put light purple pillows on the couch and a mixe of dark and light green pillows in a circle in the corner for when we all sit down to unwrap our gifts and play games. There were a bunch of random pillows scattered around the coffee table too, and tons of house plants for the earth signs to swoon over.  Lastly I hung Curtiss around the room to close off the surprise from everybody else.

Right around the time I had finished ordering some Chinese take-out, Scorpio and Cancer had shown up together, both carrying a scary amount of shopping bags though it was kinda adorable seeing Cancer smile softly through his struggle with the weight of the bags. But I knew he wouldn't ask for help from anyone so I let him be. Scorpio seemed a bit excited which was good, considering she was usually very relaxed and stuck with one emotion. The bush rushed up the stairs as best as they could and I brought my gifts to put at each of their seats. Each person got a little forest green colored box with their favorite colored ribbon on top and their name in white letters right next to it. I for one, thought they might like it.. Though I have to admit.. Seeing how much the others brought made me doubt myself a little.

Before everyone was back, leaving only Libra and Pisces to return, I had decided to go on a quick walk to gather my thoughts and feelings. After all.. I had to be happy for a party. Walking through the forest was magical.. All the pretty leaves that showed up.. And the fading oranges and yellows of the sunset flowing through those pretty leaves.. It was breathtaking... A picture can't even capture its beauty.

"Enjoying your walk Kitty cat?" His voice was enough to stop my movements, listening as he proceeded forward, leaves crunching under his feet.

"Why so silent..?" He spoke in a hushed voice, his chin just barely resting on my shoulder. Panic wasn't anywhere here at the moment. If  anything, there was a pinch of happiness in my soul from hearing his voice.

" cat got your tongue, kitty??" I nodded at his question, regretting it until he chuckled at my silliness. He held onto my shoulder for a moment before completely pulling away from me.

"Everyone's waiting for you cutie." He said. I whipped my head around. "What did you call me?" I asked hurriedly.

"I called you kitty." He replied... That made me even more confused.. Was I hearing it wrong....?

So... It's a short chapter.. Sorry. But there was a super scary thunderstorm and writing this kept me away from a panic attack so.. Might as well update it.
