Forgiveness is not plain Mary Jane,
No,it's a healing hurricane,
Forgive not because,
They don't deserve it,
They may ask for forgiveness,
But that doesn't take back the words,
Doesn't take back a thousand memories shattered,
They were very much aware,
Aware of what they were doing to you,
Some things are not meant to stay,
Change is inevitable ,truly,
Don't be too hard on yourself,
We're all humans with pain,
A little pain always reminds us that we are indeed here,
After all,what is a heart that does not know pain?,
Accept the pain,it is what shapes you,
Let go ,so you can let in,
You deserve forgiveness,
Forgiveness of yourself,
For everything you've entangled yourself in,
It's the only way you will heal,
Even while raging,
Plant the seeds of compassion in you,
Forgive and let it be,
Because even if they don't ,
You do ,you deserve to forgive yourself,
You deserve self peace ,
You deserve to be whole again,
You are worthy of healing.
