Jay's POV}

Jay knew that drinking his sadness away way bad for him and his mental state, that didn't mean he didn't down a cup of beer in one sitting. Here's the great thing about the pub in his area.

First, his friend owes it so sometimes free shots
Second, it's cheap
Third, he feels a emotional attachment to the pub he's been going to since he was in college.

6 dollars, 6 dollars worth of his hard earned money and probably should been used to pay for his students loans for every cup of beer but hey, at least he wasn't paying.

He felt as if his heart has been broken into a million pieces and it hurts too much to suck it up and get over it and instead just live with the ever lasting pain. He hated love, the kind of love where you get so attached and when they let go just a little, it feels as if everything turns black and white. Like you have been stabbed in the chest over and over again.

Jay hated the feeling of love and attachment. He hated that love took time and commitment and effort. He wished it would be effortless and simple like in the movies, but sadly everyone is too broken for love to be simple and easy.

Jay downs another pint of beer as he looks around the bar, ordering the bartender to get him another beer. It was fairly quite, some chatter. Today was the bar's least busiest day, he normally seens some drunken collage boys and girls, partying and causing a ruckus or the waitress getting hit on and them smacking whoever hit on them or telling on them to the bartender.

He loved this bar with his whole, memories of collage and university can never seem to get off his mind and even then, he hopes for this bar to be like this for the rest of his living days.

"This is for you, Jay"

Jay turned around and picked up his drink, muttering a small 'thank you' and a half hearted smile at the young teenage boy in front of him.

The boy seems to blush and smile back before speaking out, cleaning a glass next to him.

"Um, sir" the dark coloured boy said, with a small voice.

Jay's eyebrow perked up as he takes a sip of his beer

"Yes"
"Mr.Lee told me to imform you to to wait here for a little while longer as he is just about to-"

"Thank you Mark, I'll take this from here. Thank you for managing the bar so well, go upstairs and rest up a little bit" a sliver-haired 5'7 man walked to Mark, taking the glass and cloth of his hands and ruffling his hair.

Mark quickly muttered a thank you, taking off his apron hastily and running quickly up the stairs to the guest room.

The sliver-haired man turned to Jay and gave a warm smile "What brings you here on the quiet Friday?"

Jay scoffed as his remark before downing his beer once again and looked at Hosuh straight in the eye.

"I fell in love in one night and got my heartbroken ij the morning" he says that causing Hosuh to giggle ti himself.

"Seriously? Jay what happened? Tell me" Hosuh places his hands on Jay's, tapping on it excitingly like a middle school girl begging their friends to tell their crush.

"Okay listen"

and then he repeats the story of how he carried the woman behind him back home and then found out the next morning she was married and pregnant.

"What? and she didn't even realised she lead you on like-" Hosuh was baffled and rubbed Jay's shoulder "I'm sorry but hey get over it, its gonna be okay"

"Keep telling me that and I'm going to start thinking that I'm going to be okay by throwing myself off of the roof" Jay says sarcastically, fatigue taking over him.

Hosuh whispers to him quietly "Want me to ruin her drink?"

Jay chuckles and says "Go for it"

The fact was, Hosuh was too nice to even mess with someone's drink, he was too nice and gentle and Jay knew that. He knew Hosuh said and pretended to do it only to cheer him up and Hosuh is the reason his loves this shitty bar so much.
