"emani, can you come over and watch zhuri for me? i'll pay you." lebron asked me. "of course, brina and i will be over soon" i responded. "okay, thank you so much"
today was a chill day. i didn't have anything planned but hanging with brina today. but i guess we can include zhuri too.
i hopped out of bed proceeding to do my morning routine. i gathered all of clothes and blasted humble by lil baby. ughhh, what a goat! but let's not get into it.

i slipped my slides on, grabbing my wallet and my keys. i hopped in the car starting it.
i opened my phone and texted brina to tell her to be ready because she's never ready on time!
driving down the street and got an incoming call from jalen🦄💕 ...
i pressed 'accept' and his face appeared in the camera. "yoooo" i said putting all my attention to the road.
"yooo, mani where you heading?" jalen asked. it looked like he was already at bronny's house."bout to pick brina up then james' estate to watch zhuri"
"ooouu you about to bring my bae over here?" nicca his WHO??!
"your who?" i giggled stopping at the red light. "my bae. mani, don't play! you know she been my girl" he exclaimed and doing what it looked like him going in the fridge.
"boy, i don't know sh-"
"jalen, getcho ass out the fridge" lebron yelled making me cackle on the other end.
"yea! getcho ass OUT the fridge" i emphasized out ."bron, you know i'm thirsty" he said making me laugh even harder making me completely forget the light turned green.
a couple cars beeped at me making me mug and flip them off.
"i'll see you soon tho" i giggled pulling up to brina's home. i then beeped the horn and called her phone.
i spotted her opening the door then locking it. she got inside the car and we sat in silence for what it felt like hours.
"hey emaniii" she randomly bursted giving me kisses on the cheeks. "ohhh no. oh fuck no" i said in my boosie voice.
"girl, ian see you in so long. and this is how you react? bye man" she faked a sad look.
"brina, you literally seen me lastnight but hiii bestieee! you know i missed you" i said making her smile. "fuck you, we gotta turn up for the one time" she connected her phone to my aux playing we paid by the goat...LIL BABY.
when 42 dugg whistled that's when brina lost it. "START THAT SHIT THE FUCK BACK" she yelled making me laugh hard as fuck.

i quietly closed zhuri's door as she took her nap for today. i opened my phone and walked slowly but somehow bumping into ... who i think is zaire i been here for 4 days and i still don't know this nigga name.
"watch where you going, shorty" he giggled. "well excuse the fuck out of me" i rolled my eyes making him laugh. "he fine as hell though-" i thought. "uuuh thanks" he nervously giggled. "did i say that out loud? oh fuck"
"zaire, right?"
"yea" he gave a small smile and continued to walk.
quickly walking downstairs i caught brina and jalen making a tiktok. "now look at these goofies" i mumbled to myself.
"mani, move around. you know we kilt that" jalen pushed me lightly. "uuuh, try again"
bronny, mikey, and zaire, then walked downstairs. "wassup miss volleyball" mikey gave me a hug. for him to be 15 that nigga sure is tall.
"y'all wanna go see a movie or go out to eat tonight?" bronny asked twirling the ball on his fingertips.
"sure, we can" brina said. "bet" bronny replied walking out to the garage.

it was currently 2 o'clock in the morning and we all decided to go grab waffle house. for some reason we all rode in different cars but i didn't complain.
brina hopped in the car with jalen. and for some VERY odd reason zaire decided to kick it with me.
i played jhené aiko until he turned it down. i know he didn't!
"what school are you going to? now that your down here." he asked. "sierra canyon" i quickly replied turning on my blinkers.
"oooh, so you'll be with me" he smiled. pretty ass smile. i could sit on his- EMANI you just met this guy.
"sorry for what happened earlier" he said. ya, you better be!
"nahh , it's fine"
"you know..." he paused. "you bad as hell" he let out.
"aww, thanks." i felt my cheeks get red. "we should get to know each other" he said as we pulled into the parking lot.
"that'd be great" he handed me his phone and we exchanged numbers. he hopped out the car adjusting his nike shorts and shut the door leaving me by myself.
